rabbit
Any news about the Czech Golden Helmet? Had a text earlier to say it's tipping it down out there. Are there any updates available?

Hazzman
I think this proves Scotty deserves a place in the GP Series. Â Hopefully in the future, I'll see the Golden Helmet.
Subedei
I think this proves Scotty deserves a place in the GP Series. Â Excuse me? Ales Dryml finished 3rd, while Jesper B Jensen finished 4th and Hans Andersen 6th. Perhaps this also proves they're worthy of inclusion. And what about Jurica Pavlic, Morten Risager, Lukas Dryml and Matej Ferjan who made the "small final" today? Hazzman
Nicholls beat Crumpie and Adams in order to win the Golden Helmet.
Subedei
Nicholls beat Crumpie and Adams in order to win the Golden Helmet. Â But he doesn't trouble them in GP semi-finals. And that's what counts. It's 21 GPs since Nicholls made a final. His last one was way back in 2003, in Sweden.
KevH
Jason Crump..62 GPs..12 wins  Which equates to 50 losses.
Subedei
Also equates to winning 19% of the GPs he's competed in. That's against 0% for Nicholls.
KevH
Also equates to winning 19% of the GPs he's competed in. Â Or losing 81% of them if you look at it another way.
Subedei
As against losing 100% for Scott Nicholls.
Leo
Congratulations to Scott. No one who has seen him ride this season can deny he is a class act and a terrific Captain and team man. Notice he won the trophy for Rider of the Year as voted for by the Referees this season. Obviously he impressed them to, with some breathtaking overtakes. Personally I would much rather see him ride like that week in and week out for Coventry, I prefer team riding anyday. I know though how much the G.P.'s mean to him and I think he has over tried at times this year. Â There is no doubt he fully deserves his place next year, he needs to gate better in that company, were it can be won and lost on the 1st.bend. Having said that it's much more exciting when he misses the gate, and that has happened in an awful lot of league matches this season, his ability on a bike is fantastic. I know which I would rather pay my money to watch.
tony159
Well done to Scotty . Â League title and now the Czech Golden Helmet . Â Fully expect him to end in the top 3 in the G.P. series next year . Â A real racer even if he misses the gate . Â And a Brit to be proud of.
