Italian Gp Are There Many Going?

Italian GP are there many going?

Where are most people based for the final GP weekend?, nearest towns to Lonigo are Verona and Vicenza. I see it will be a late starting GP (9pm local time) with obvious knock on transport problems for those leaving later. According to Italy trains, the last train from S. Bonifacio to either of the above main towns is 11pm on the Saturday night.

I am presently seeking accommodation details this week for the above towns.

Anyone else got similar problems re. transport given the above information?

Best wishes,

Paul

Myself & Wife driving out for Lonigo, then going on to Terme Catez for a few days, then driving up to Austria for U21 final.

That's great to hear :D When exactly are you going from Lonigo to Catez ?

There's a speedway meeting in Ljubljana (on your way to Catez) the next day after the GP, so you can stop and watch it ! The entrance is FREE :) . It's the 5th round of Slovenian-Austrian-Croatian championship, so you could see the likes of Zagar, Kolenko, Hauzinger, Wallner and Pavlic in action.

Hi Paul

Four of us going and staying in Verona. Its 24 miles and a half hour drive from Lonigo so probably the nearest big city.

We still need arrangements for getting back to Verona and are hoping we can find spare seats in coaches/cars. We are willing to pay a fair price for it so if there is anyone that can help please let me know. Guess this is the best option unless you are prepared to hire a car. I have had a taxi quote.... for 325 euros!!

We're having to take 3 of our family to Milan airport on the Sun so they can fly home. We should go to Catez on the Mon...... will have to look at the trains for the family!!! Bad research Paragon!!!!

Don't forget to pack your helmet Mr Snackette and give the ferries a wide berth this time.

I'm rarely seen with any thing else days! Problem is people think I'm a Dane and a Hans Andersen fan too boot. Reports that I lost my cool at Gydinia have been greatly exaggerated!!!
