Subedei
Tony Rickardsson, Leigh Adams and Tomasz Gollob are all around 34-35 years of age. And yet, as the GPs (TR mainly) and SWC have shown they're are far from spent forces. Rickardsson seems to be riding better than he ever has this season, especially in the GPs. Gollob, after a mid-season change from Jawa to GM, still looks as magnificent as ever. Adams, while not having the best of seasons, is still a class act and was superb for Australia in the SWC. So, how many more years do these greats have left in the tank?
Jez
I think the major thing that will affect these guys is if they get a knock, which when they were a few years younger might have kept them out for a week a two, will now keep them out a hell'uva lot longer (creaking bones and all that). As foir technical ability IMHO there is still a massive gap between the likes of TRick, Gollob, Adams, Nicki P and Crumpy to say the like of the next bracket, Andersen, Scotty, Toninho
SCB
Hans Neilsen rode until a few months before his 40th birthday and retired as World Number 3 and someone who won a GP that season. I see no reason why TRick can't emulate that.
