AndyM
Aussies weak? A team with Adams, Crump and Sully (when in form), plus the never-say-die spirit of Watt, if he's riding? You're all mad!
German Speedway Fan
I think the Swedes wil win this meeting. Poland second and Australia third. For Germany it's great to take part in this years WTC, But i hope we'll see some surprises by german Riders

pugwash
The Aussies look a little weak to me but i would love to see GB beat them in the final and also at the second cricket test. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> They couldn't beat Poland in a cricket test never mind the Aussies. Â The Australians had Crump, Adams and Sullivan last year as well, but they didn't make the final. I guess you'd have sad it was madness to predict the Australians falling in the race-off last year, but they did. And the Poles certainly weren't as strong last year as they are this. That said, I actually think the Australians will make it to the final this year. My guess is that the Danes will miss out. They were awful at Swindon and Nicki P's the only genuine class act they have. Edited August 2, 2005 by Subedei

BritPete
Well you have to say, this is very disappointing, the track is offering the riders absolutely nothing rght now, lets hope it improves later! Â Â And, Sky's camera work is crap! Edited August 2, 2005 by BritPete
Subedei
Don't think you'll see better racing than Hts 13, 14 and 15. Certainly miles better than anything at Swindon on Sunday. Sullivan pretty pathetic thus far. Still think the Australians will get through to the final AndyM?

Kasprzak passed Schultz back straight last lap. Heat 7: Protasiewicz almost fences Watt on back straight of lap 2 as it looks like the Aussie is gonna pass him. Heat 8: Close thing for 2nd between Lindgren and Holta. Good ride by Adams. Heat 9: Sullivan looking poor. Lindback passed Smolinski back straight lap 4 Heat 10: Hard racing on first lap between Jonsson and Gollob helps Crump into 2nd. Heat 11: Crump been used as a joker by Austrailia. Heat 12: Good race by all 4 riders. Heat 13: Lindback moved at start. All 4 back. In re-run Great race for 1st. Heat 14: Jonsson passes Hampel 2nd turn lap 3 then he repays favour on 2nd turn lap 4 Heat 15: Gollob takes win on line although on replay it looks like a dead heat. Heat 18: Holta hits the back of Karlsson and falls. Holta excluded. The Polish ref excludes POLE Heat 22: Pepe has ef while 3rd on lap 1. Heat 23: Holta passed Shields turn 2 lap 4 but the Shields give him a little Nudge on Turn 3 to re pass him and take 2nd. Heat 24: Rickardsson gives Hampel a right nudge and Hampel takes out the German rider. All4back. Heat 25: Gollob is been used as a joker by Poland. Adams just beats Gollob on the Line. Rob B
Still think the Australians will get through to the final AndyM? Â Nearly did! Â I don't like it when the joker suddenly pops out in the last heat, don't think it should be allowed in the last heat.
Subedei
Well, Australia used it in the last heat of the race-off last year. And, like Poland tonight, it didn't work out for them. But Australia got the use of the Joker in this meeting, it'd be unfair if Poland hadn't got the same chance. I actually do think Australia will make it to the final. I can see the Danes dipping out in the race-off. norbold
As far as I know, Ronnie Moore holds the record for riding for the most countries, England, New Zealand and Australia! Any advance on that! When did Ronnie Moore ride for England?
