Hi Iris. I'm sorry i didn't reply to your post on german forum.

Yes, I wasn't happy with many things, and I wasn't the only one.

The track was just disastrous !!! There were some huge holes on the track that caused at least 7 riders to fall. Beside that, 8 cms big stones were there on the track that could kill some rider if he would get it in the head - fortunately it only ended with a small wound on Jura Pavlic's hand.

The referee - well, how can he call himself a referee, I really don't know ?!?! In heat 4 he lifted the tapes too early, when the riders weren't even ready for the start ! All in Hauzinger's favour, of course. Plus there were many flying and unsatisfactory starts that also weren't noticed and fined.

And above all - after heat 14 some riders complained that the on the second turn, the holes were so big, that the track is too dangerous. Therefore, they drew new white line cca 1m from the original one. Then some other riders complained about that, so they decided to continue riding using original white line in heat 15 and 16. After heat 16, team managers again met and decided to continue the meeting without narrowing the track. But Austrian organizers again drew that new white line ?!?!? A complete farse of a meeting !!!
