home straight
Antons first appearance in Poland, he'll be full of confidence after last night. This should be a completely new experience for him, as I understand it Polish league matches have a bit of a cauldron like atmosphere, it will be interesting to see how he handles it. Subedei
Thanks tommy. ZKZ will be hoping to keep the momentum going from last week's triumph over arch rivals Leszno. But Torun are at the top of the table. It'll be a tough task. Bydgoszcz will probably be without the injured Jonsson, so it's difficult to see them getting anything at Wroclaw. Czestochowa should easily brush Gdansk aside. Tarnow and Leszno looks the pick of the contests. The fun starts - with staggered timing - at 4:00pm BST. But Torun are at the top of the table. It'll be a tough task. Defenitely, without their nr.3 rider (Zabik) Torun have lost a bit of fire power but on the other hand it won't make too much of a difference as I'm sure Torun will use R/R for Zabik. I don't expect ZKZ to win, but a hard fought meeting will albo be somewhat satisfying. ps. ZKZ ride with nr. 1-7 as they're the away team. Subedei
That's a very good point tommy. I shall amend the riding Nos when I get a chance. A little hectic at the moment. Leliwa
Actually, you should add bonus point to Torun, Bydgoszcz and Czestochowa. No bonus in Tarnow - Leszno duel as in Leszno it was also 51-39. best,

Leliwa
It was a great evening yesterday in Tarnow. Both teams had their chance to get the bonus point and it all was decided in the last heat. Throughout the heat the fight between Grzegorz Rempala and Damian Balinski was bordering on foul and Rempala’s exclusion seems to be the right decision. So no bonus for either Unia. Tony was ok, but he was overshadowed by Adams superior performance. This guy was something last night. Unfortunately, very weak performance from Gollob brothers marred what otherwise would be a perfect evening for Tarnow fans. Together they managed 11 points, less than Marcin Rempala scored single-handy. Marcin was the one who brought home fans to almost bliss like state, his riding was amazing. Only wish he would ride on this level on away tracks. Anyway, good speedway in Tarnow

iris123
Just flicking through the latest BSA and there is a piece on T.Gollob and his father being in trouble with the Polish authorities for tax fraud(i think) .Anyone know more about this?Has it already been settled?
Leliwa
I do not think it was settled. In addition Tomasz might be in trouble for the way Polonia Bydgoszcz spent city donations in the past, while he was member of the board. Apparently most of the money were used to pay riders, Tomasz for most part, while city money were supposed to be spent on other things. Anyway, the local prosecutor is investigating the matter. I just hope his name is being mentioned because he was the biggest star on the team and not because of any wrong doing on his part. Time willl tell.
