Just wondering, should I be worried, I just ordered my tickets for saturday, and just had confirmation of booking, but it say's in the email that tickets won't arrive up to 7 days before event. I also checked online tracking system and it say's on there they are waiting for tickets from supplier. Do you guys think I should panic .

id get on the blower ASAP and not stop until they provide a different solution

the E-tickets that were optional for Prague last year worked very well -I dont know why they don't use this option as well

I was gonna buy them when I got there, but I thought i couldn't do with the hassle of getting tickets on the day. it does say on there website if you don't recieve them in time to contact them. this is what it say's:

I have not received my tickets.

Track your order using your booking reference and email address. This will show details confirming your order and whether your tickets have been mailed out to you yet.

If your tickets have not been mailed out yet, you do not receive your tickets in time or you have lost your tickets, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for duplicate tickets to be held at the venue for you to collect with ID. We will not send duplicate tickets by mail. You may be asked to complete an indemnity form stating you have not received the tickets and produce this at the Box Office.

Should be o.k, Hope So

means nothing. 2 years ago we had everything booked really early ( it was a trip my mate organised ) got the tickets a few weeks b4 the GP thaught everything was going ok... ALL the tickets were wrong, so they got sent back. they said they would send out the ones we had actually ordered ( they never came ). We were told to pick them up at cardiff at the ticket office.... hmmmmm..... we couldnt get the tickets we ordered, lossed the discount for ordering in bulk as the twit on the counter didnt put the receipt in with the tickets ( so we couldnt claim it back ) and we had to sit directly in the sun at the top so we couldnt see a thing.... worst GP ever........ altho last years made up for it :D

In 2001, as soon as the tickets was on sale we ordered them, they never arrived. We contacted various people and were eventually we could pick them up at the ticket office on the day, we arrived and they said they did not have our tickets. So my mum went off on one (she's very good at that) and got duplicate tickets. We went in and about 2 minutes later another family tried to use OUR tickets and claimed we had their seats. So my mum refused to move and we got to sit where we had originally booked back in November.

Moral of the story? Shout, scream, stomp your feet and complain as much as possible.
