rob
Has anyone used the trains to get away from Cardiff after the GP?? I was wondering whether there were additional services to the timetable, and where these trains were going - Newport, Bristol...??? I can remember there being big queues at the station quite late at night in the past. Did everyone get on the train?? I don't really fancy sleeping rough in Cardiff until 5 in the morning. Can anyone help??

Chivs
rob weve used the trains every year so far and catch them back to Newport. A good service and plenty of trains laid on. And you can have the usual joke with the chap in the flourescent jacket with the megaphone shouting "Newport trains to the right". Every year we go up and ask him which way we go for the Newport train

Dicey
Yeah , every year there are usually long ques for trains. Longest que by far is the Newport que only . All trains stop at Newport and I usually try to get on a London train but they always want to see your tickets and then send you to the Newport que only. I'm sure there is a law infringing on your rights there .Have to admit its a pain in the a*se. They usually put on a special thou for people staying in Newport ,its just the time waiting around. Or you just go back to the pubs and catch the last train at 12.30am
