Going through my archives the other night I found these photo's of Scott Autry that I had taken at Kings Lynn. I have quite a few more in black and white too. He was a very good rider if I remember right and seemed an amiable sort of a guy.

Whatever happened to him? Is he still part of the speedway scene in the USA?

I think sandman might still be in touch with him.

Nah, he visited the ol Bar Grill and Bait Shop when I was still in biz a few years back and had the gall to call my establishment a "Pig Stye". So I says to him if you think this is cool ya outta see my boat. He looked at me like I had two heads. Stuck up he was.. He got a view of Ganja Bill sittin in the corner sippin a cold one whilst sharpenin his knife, and decided it was time for a hasty exit.. Yeah, we would have shown him true team work if he had stayed a few minutes longer.. Now, Phil Collins is cool.. :)

Would you mind me downloading that JB?

No problem with that Shazzy. Help yourself. I think I still have your address around here somewhere so sending the invoice out will be easy.

(Memo to myself: Invoice Shazzybird - 1 bottle of Vodka + vat for use of photo.) :D:D

Also Wiggy in action at the same event. Can anyone help with the other riders please?

Cost to Shazzybird to download - now 2 bottles of vodka + vat. :D
