Matt Davis Posted May 17, 2005 Report Share Posted May 17, 2005 BRIT KIDS BEATEN Sweden Under 21s swept into the final of the World Junior Team Cup with a dominant display in the first of the qualifying rounds at Abensberg in Germany. Grand Prix star Antonio Lindback (pictured - 15) and Erik Andersson (12) both powered to maximums as the Swedes powered to victory on 56 points. They now take their place in the final at Pardubice in the Czech Republic on Saturday October 1. Host nation Germany were runners-up on 33 points while Great Britain finished third on 24. Rye House's Daniel King topscored for the Brits with nine points. The combined Hungary/Slovenia team, who came in to replace the Americans, mustered just three points.
