Betting On This Weekends Gp

Recommended Posts

Am looking at putting a fiver on Andersen at 10/1 (William Hill are offering this) to win the Polish GP. Does anyone know of better odds? Also, what happens if I choose E/W? Would I get a pay out if he finishes top 3 or top 4?

Thanks. :D

10/1 is the best price I've seen for Hans this weekend, though Stan james, Blue Square and Bet & Win have yet to post their odds.

Hills pay e/w on the 1st 3 at 1/4 odds.

Bet & Win have some interesting head to head prices for the whole series, trouble is you have to wait a long time for your payout.

I go to Coral to place my bets. I got odds on Hans at 25/1 to win...majorly impressed with that :approve::D Mind you I don't think most Corals are operating those sort of odds, the guy who works in there seems to come up with his own interpretation of what the odds should be - can't go wrong with that ;)

Think you will find you have a bet on Hans Andersen to be World Champion @ 25/1 - not a 25/1 bet for him to win Wroclaw GP

If I'm wrong then well done - nice odds!

My bet is on Rickardsson for this weekends GP. That guy looked on fire during a recent SKY televised meeting. When it comes to long term professionalism there's Mauger, Neilsen and Rickardsson in my book.

Out of the 3 mentioned above I would say that Rickardsson also possesses the firey 'do or die' mentality beyond what either Mauger or Neilsen had too.

if your thinking of a having a flutter then the following two should seriously come into consideration,

Trick, has qualified for the "A" final in four of the last six GPs at the track,at 5-1 is a major play for each way thieves!!

Hans, has home track advantage and is going very all season, another rider at a good price for the each way thieves.

Are there any Wroclaw track specialists from the regular riders in the Polish league , that need to be figured into the betting ?

lol , "Odds ON" answered my question immediately prior to my post . Thanks

Before shelling out your hard-earned on TRick you should be advised that he injured his back in Sweden this week and is doubtful as he can hardly get on a bike.

Daily Mirror today states that he is likely to at least miss the pratice today.

I think that bearing this in mind I will have a few sheckles on Nicki at 8/1. He was flying round Blunsdon in H13 and H15 last night.

Ladbrokes showing Anderson at 15.0 (each-way 1/4 odds for 1st 3 places) , worth a tickle methinks .

good call Ivan, looks a value bet to me!!

The other point we must take into consideration is the strong likelihood of the Poles practising prior todays "official" practice on the track!!

Still think Trick is a good e-w thieve, once the adrenalin is flowing he'll be just fine!!

Any of you bet on the heat by heat books?

does anybody know what time they practice ? any updates on rikardsson would be useful. Ive backed Andersen e/w at 14's seems a big price too me.

Tony Rickardsson is nursing a painful back injury in the build-up to Saturday's opening Grand Prix of the season at Wroclaw.

The five-times World Champion crashed in heat 16 of Masarna's 48-48 draw at Vargarna on Tuesday night.

His lower back is currently black and blue and he was considering sitting out today's (Friday) practice session.

Though Rickardsson got back on his bike to win the re-run of heat 16 - to complete a 15-point maximum - he said: "It took me about 10 minutes before regaining the feeling in the lower back and it was very painful sitting on the bike."

A small E/W punt on Anderson will do for me , adds an extra edge to the tv viewing .

Shan't be getting involved in the heat betting , i gamble far to much at poker as it is.
