Mark Evans
It's between Crump, Adams, Nicki Pedersen & Rickardsson. The rest are just there to make up the numbers. I would like to see Lindback do well though. Who do i want to win..Crumpy or Nicki Pedersen.

Winning one GP alone is not enough. Very few have the stamina, which is why you don't need to look too far beyond Crump, Ricko and Adams. Hancock is a bit long in the tooth, and I can't see Pedersen or Gollob mounting a credible threat again, though some people think the relative lack of temporary tracks plays into his hands. Jason.C
I feel this will be Adams's year. Rickardsson and Crump to fight it out for second. I'd like to see Lindback do well, perhaps just getting into the top 10.
Matt Davis
I wouldnt be suprised if Adams wins this year, after all (so i read on this forum) he is paying Carl B £30,000 to do his engines
2002 Champions
I want adams to win but i think rickardsson will win it
masked_rooster
i think the new format might suit adams this time round and will be there or there abouts in the shake up, rickardsson is a wiley campaingner and time is running out for him to make the magic six times equaling record i would love tommy gollob to bag a championship but im affraid its crumpie for me
AndyM
Yes, wouldn't be surprised to see an Adams revival, though I always thought his biggest hurdle was mental rather than his equipment. Sure he'll be very difficult to stop if he gets his nose in front, but Crumpie won't give up without a fight. In fact, if the younger generation is making progress, it could be one of the most open championships since Loram won the title without winning a single GP! Guest Shnikies
Think both of those two will need to pay their dues for some time yet before they can hope to reach the levels of consistency needed to win the GP series (nor Lindback for the same reason.) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Many people thought the same about Nicki Pedersen in 2003... He won't be far off in 2005 either if current form is anything to go by. It's time Rickardsson put in a serious challenge again, too. He's been lacking something in recent years, although the new (improved?) format will certainly suit him.
sjw ministerofport
I think with this format it will be even harder to win a GP. Nicki Pedersen will be hard to beat if he does well in the first couple of GP's. If we can't have a Brit winner, i don't mind who wins just hope that the racing is even better than we have seen before.
AndyM
What of the Brits? Can't see either Nicholls or Richardson putting in the sort of consistency to win the series, though one of them might just pull off one GP victory this year. Still don't think either has what it takes to be world champ, but then I wouldn't necessarily have predicted Loram's victory either. Joanne
I know who's going to win, the rider with the most points Leigh Adams, 2005 World Champion
spin king
i will go for the boring prediction, either crumpie, or rickardsson, but i want crumpie again.
Mark Evans
I agree with AndyM on the British lads. They may make the odd semi final but nowhere near on a regular basis. The first final will be between Adams,Crump, Rickardsson & N.Pedersen.
buzzybee
this year will certainly be interesting with the new format...none of the ....i think i`ll slow down so i can get this gate next business. i think this year its going to be quite open. i think it would be great to see a younger rider suprise everyone and do well this year however i think adams deserves to win due to his consistancy on being such a class rider. either way i`ll enjoy watching it on sky...and hopefully going to a few this year
KevH
I know who's going to win, the rider with the most points Leigh Adams, 2005 World Champion Do you know what, I think you might just be right there.
Papa Bazarou
Look for a revival from Tomasz Gollob. Less temporary tracks, and 5 rides a night minimum for the main man. Perhaps not World champion material, but could figure on the rostrum a lot more than in recent years - suggest that he'll be looking forward to the format. For the title - don't care really, as long as it is a battle royal, different victors at each round, with plenty of drama, controversy and top racing. They'll be a dummy or two spat this year I am sure, with every race point counting if you dont make the big final. My tip though is Nicki, Tony and Jason right down to the wire, a drama filled last round with Nikki coming out on top, and with Tomasz snapping at their heels, they'll all be in the top 4. Should be good.
