Mr jeffster

Prague is lovely in November.

Very true, BilaHora....

Well, in my opinion, Prague is lovely 365 days a year....

However, as Rico says, there is is more chance of Carmen Electra having triplets with Pope John Paul than there is of the Prague GP being held in November....

Just aint gonna happen, dude.........

I give up..is there no end to how stupidly Speedway wants to portray itself to the outside world???

The World Cup in 3 different countries??!!...Mickey Mouse rubbish!!

You can see why they've done it. In one country, the eliminators don't count for much, especially the ones where the host country is not involved.

Now, people in GB and Poland will turn out in force to watch their eliminator, as most won't travel to Poland for the finals.

I think they've been quite clever; this way there'll be good attendances at, at least three of the four meetings. Much better than the terrible turn-out inDenmark, and the poor attendance at the second Eastbourne meeting.

IF the above dates stay "as is" , then the Czech Golden Helmet weekend will have to move, as the inaugural World Under 21 Team Cup Final is scheduled for Saturday 24th September....

I think its a fair bet to say that Antonio Lindback will probably represent Sweden in the World Under 21 Team Cup Final......

Where did u get this info from as i cant find it any where.(outa interest) looks like the czech could be a hot one this year HOORAY no coat this time or beer and water (and paper from the pols)

I have a slight thinking that these dates aint right. I think it maybe a Czech source adding two and two together and assumping everything by the current rumours.

This dates have been announced on several polish websites :

... so I doubt these are just rumours!

Hmm, some interesting ramblings in there about a possible return for the German GP and interest from Spain about holding a GP at the Neu Camp.

My Lordz!

Would fear that 90,000 of the 108,000 seats might stay unsold unless they race it at the smaller stadium within the complex where Barcelona's second team play

It looks like it.....

Czech GP not gonna be in May........

Woo hoo..... that's the best news I've heard all day

Means I should be able to make it to Prague again next year - must remember to stay off the Pivo this time though, would be nice to remember who made the final.

I'm sure crowds could be improved if the four rounds were all held at different tracks in each country. However, even if this isn't feasible, both Semi-Finals could be staged as double-header at one track, using the 16-heat 4TT format for each. The same format could be used for Last Chance and Final.

There is also the Under-21 World Cup next season.

2 semi-finals in Poland (Rybnik) and Denmark.

Final at ....

PARDUBICE!!!!!!

(Yes!)

(Which will hopefully tie in with Golden Helmet weekend!)
