Steve Shovlar
Tony proved just how good he is tonight by romping to the win. The crowd finally erupted, after a small ripple of applause went around the stadium when Crump won the title. Well done TRick. The true peoples champion! shazzybird
lmao SS. Well he did have to do 3 laps of honour to make sure everyone was clapping but then again he is 5 times World Champ he deserves big cheers. Wait til Crumpy lifts that trophy though bet the place erupts then, I've said in the past I'm not a Crump fan but credit where credit is due. Well done TRick on making 2nd spot and on winning the GP tonight at least now my lad is smiling again
Jason.C
Well done Trick. Think the crowd were probably really confused on what was happening. Crump won it on weird circumstances.

SCB
Crump won it on weird circumstances. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I love this He certianly did. But who cares, World champion 2004 is JAosn Crump. No mention in the record books of weird circumstances or giving up once he'd won it.

Bryce
Another gem from Shovlar, thanks <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Amazing isn't it? Just can't quite manage to be truly gracious can he? Trick was great all year, no question. But check out the scorecharts Steve, Crump is THE Champion. Be nice if you could show as much class in defeat as Trick himself did. xDx
Well done Tony, fully deserved! I'm really glad he won that GP, considering how much he was being downed for "slipping back now that Jason had won the WC"! Well done Jason, Tony and Greg! wimbledonwomble
Tony proved just how good he is tonight by romping to the win. Trick is indeed a superb speedway rider and lets not forget that, but in the record books for 2004 he was second. Second SS is the first of the losers. mark cox
If he wasn't going to ride the whole season in 2004, he should've known before he signed to ride for the whole season, unless family reasons mean what they actually say. He didn't then and doesn't now have to explain who why what where & when he gave a reason for leaving British racing accept it! Mind your own bloody business! AndyM
Hardly surprising that Norwegians should cheer a Swede louder than an Aussie, is it?

norbold
Well done TRick. The true peoples champion! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> What does that mean exactly? Who are the true people? (and by the way, you've missed out an apostrophe.)
shazzybird
I think he meant person and that person being my kid who's just got to bed sulking cos TRick's #2 not #1 and now he has to wait until next year for another chance to see him become #1 again. Could be Peoples' though as apart from #2 son there is a fella at Poole that looks and dresses like someone from TeamTRick yet has a Dorset twang to his voice
