GeneralMelchett
People lie and cheat in this country all the time! Just visit any court of law and see for yourself. So you can drop the "we are superior attitude"
GeneralMelchett
I dont. i didn't say you did but one Dane doubting you doesn't make 1/ them all liars and cheats 2/ us morally superior

Guest Jim Blanchard
So you can drop the "we are superior attitude" A comment which to me GM sounds like a statement of a slightly 'superior attitude' if you dont mind me saying that is Sir. GeneralMelchett
What a lovely warm glow that must give you. You are also so inept you came back with a second paragraph 10 minutes later However read your post again, "we in generally do not tell lies and 'cheat' in this country could be that you have so much of it in your home land you think that everyone is the same perhaps and you have a natural instinct to trust no ones word." could the phrase ..."you have so much of it in your homeland you think everyone is the same"....not imply you feel that Danes are cheats and "we in generally do not tell lies and 'cheat' in this country" inferring we are morally superior? boxer123
cant believe some of the Zenophobic nonsence that some people post on here, everyone has , and is entiltled to their own opinion. About time the few diehard biggots got over it, we lost !
21st century heathen
Can't take it away from him. He rode very well on the night, and was a deserved winner. Still doesn't change the fact that he was a naughty boy in the SWC, but on Sat he was class. He rode a brilliant first turn in the final, and held his nerve under pressure. Guest Jim Blanchard
Sorry General thought you had it the sack with Capt Darling but your forgetting I am inept. Being 'inept' I like to correct any spelling mistakes I make. Also, I know its a very poor excuse but I left Belfast at 4.00 am this morning and now at this time I am feeling more inept than normal. I banter, if its not 'properly' that again is your opinion. Edited August 22, 2004 by Jim Blanchard

FlyinRyan
Everone can do that writing and claim it is some former top-rider. Where is the proof ? I am the webmaster for the official Ove Fundin web site and and if you check it out that is what he says that in his opinion and his alone that your 'story teller' Andersen is cheat. http://freespace.virgin.net/ove.fundin/news.htm There is your proof Garf, we in generally do not tell lies and 'cheat' in this country could be that you have so much of it in your home land you think that everyone is the same perhaps and you have a natural instinct to trust no ones word. Like I said, who gives a toss.

What an incredibly arrogant statement to make. I hope any Danes reading this don't think all Brits are as xenophobic as you. To brand the nation of Denmark as a bunch of cheats whilst trying to make the Brits out to be some sort of superior nation is absolutely ridiculous. Congratulations to Hans who fully deserved to win. Philip Addison
You Hansi fans all need to chill out.If we don't want to like him,we won't.Simple.Too hard to understand ? It's not Xenophobia at all.We just don't like what he did in heat 25 of the world cup.Personally for me i disliked him before then due to several instances of ' dubious ' riding this season. But for others it's simply what happened in Poole. That choice is up to them,it doesn't make anyone else more superior or holier than thou because they chose to ' move on ' Everyone is different and entitled to their own opinion. Also just because i don't want him to win races doesn't mean it's eating away at me inside, blimey. For what it's worth i don't believe he cost us the World Cup anyway. There were other things that contributed too, but i and others including a former world champion no less know exactly what he did,and that was to make sure Nicholls wasn't going to win that race.Notions of a brown envelope are pathetic. The Swedes are entirely blameless in all this.Personally the rest of the Danish team are too.I put it all down solely to a silly young man who had a grudge with Nicholls,Richardson and Norris all from recent incidents. He has shown his immaturity in his interviews on Sky.First time on tv at Wolverhampton 'F*****g hell i didn't realise the track was this small'. On Norris ' well he's a w****r ' and the ' Spinning my ** off ' to Sophie after the stitch up.Oh yes and then the obvious lies about not seeing PK. So if form is anything to go on am i to be castigated for believing he did what he did ?As i said, different opinions.
