Gemini
nobody even mentioned that due to his injuries he might be on medication but then again, everyone quick to slate him on here I don't really think anyone is slating him too badly, just taking the mickey and understandably so as he definitely wasn't his normal self. I don't drink so I don't know how long it takes to sober up, but it seemed damn quick to me even if he'd had a gallon of coffee poured down him. So perhaps your suggestion of medication could be correct, but if so he needs to take it a lot earlier next time! Also if he is then what does he do when he's riding? Wouldn't be allowed surely? His speech seemed to me like that of someone who had suffered a mini-stroke with slurred words and others added in when not needed. And he definitely wanted the interview to end as he turned his head away from the camera after saying "Over to you Keith." Strange. Vincent Vega
If you thought he was drunk last night you should have seen him in the bar at Armadale last season after our match at Edinburgh. He was legless chatting to some Glasgow fan about James Grieves being hairy. Its all on the Hammers Go North video.

SuzieQ
nobody even mentioned that due to his injuries he might be on medication but then again, everyone quick to slate him on here Surely if he was on medication he should not have been out drinking with Streety earlier in the day anyway.........! maggie
I agree with Gemini, Kelv is great on Sky, but he did make me laugh. Especially when a rider went under the fence and looked like he'd been buried up to his chest in sand. Kelv was helpless laughing but so was I. shazzybird
I've just watched it on SKY and I must admit thought he was very brave bending down to show how the track was looking, was waiting for him to topple over. Way to Go Sir Kelv now people can see you are human!

Gemini
Oh Yes? So what was the problem then because he certainly wasn't "normal".

hagonshocker
nobody even mentioned that due to his injuries he might be on medication but then again, everyone quick to slate him on here ive flicked thru the first 4 pages of this to finally see someone with a sensible response!!! when i got home from the meeting i watched what i'd taped and i clearly realised that hed taken a bit too much medication for his hip!!! but then i guess it shows the nature of certai posters on this forum to assume it was drink related!!!! If he's on medication and was out drinking then it could easily explain the whole thing!

21st century heathen
I was just waiting for him to topple over when he crouched down on the track. Now that would have been funny. Well it would wouldn't it - seeing as he's got a damaged hip joint. Chill. It's not like I said I wished he'd fallen down a flight of stairs. We're just having a giggle, nobody is really having a pop at him.
shazzybird
21stCH I had a little chuckle as well, if Sir Kelv's hip is that bad he shouldn't be bending on the track for anyone
21st century heathen
Shazzy I'm sure you'll agree we can't do right for doing wrong on here sometimes. If you have a go at someone, you're not considering their feelings (or their family and friends). If you back someone, you're either sucking up to them or you get abused. If you're serious, you're told to lighten up, and when you do someone has a go at you for not taking it seriously.
