bucket
Top right, may be Harry Shepherd not very confident on that though. Second row down, right - Squib Burton and Frank Varey. Third row down, left - Gordon Byers on a Douglas. Bottom left Squib Burton Again. Pass on the team, but could the chap on the left, kneeling down possibly be Jeff or Wally Lloyd? Guest Jim Blanchard
I hope there are no objections from anyone in using my own name now as oppossed to DD. Most know who I am and I have written to admin for permission to change names. Thanks for all your help on the photos but we still do not know who the teams is.? On the subject of old photo's I have recently learnt that the entire collection of Wright Wood's 1928 - 1984 lifetimes material (1200 signed glass negatives, 55,000 35mm negatives, albums, many, many hard copy photographs, memorabilia, etc, etc has recently passed into the hands of a guy called John Sommerville or 'SkidMarks' on Ebay - I do not have any commericial connections with him.....this is just for your information only - A lot of really old interesting material is now going to surface I think. norbold
I believe this also included the C F Wallace archive as well. Do you know if that's right, Jim?
Guest Jim Blanchard
I am not sure Norman but I dont think so. Was he related to Wright Wood? Before the whole lot went, I picked up a WW original Photo album consisting of guess who's pictures fill it. (He rode for Belle Vue and sometimes New Cross, alegedly )
