SCB
Sorry if it's considered a waste of bandwidth but can I suggest we show BSI that we want David as a wildcard for a later round this year? Prehaps everyone who agree's can just put an I agree post (don't normally agree with them) and we have no, "BSI won't take any notice anyway" posts. Guest Sir Lunchalot
I think you are up against it because every GP I can recall they have always chosen two of the local riders as wildcards. No offence to Floppy but I can't see him pulling many extra through the gate in Poland or Slovenia or where ever. Nice idea if you can make it work though. Jenn
Give him one for the Norweigen GP! He deserves it! He rode his heart out last night! Go on BSI..................you know you want to!!!
Jenn
I think you are up against it because every GP I can recall they have always chosen two of the local riders as wildcards. I was reading in the speedway star and apparently Jason Crump and Tomasz Gollb have both had British wildcard entries! Also Kaj Laukkanen got a wildcard into the Norweigen GP 2 years back! Robyn1972
Up against it or not.....I AGREE! David was great value last night - fought to the last and anyone watching from elsewhere in the world might well be tempted to go and watch more racing like he provided last night. Go Floppy! Brightonbob
That would be great. Own up, who stole the show last night? Dave Norris was clearly British Speedways best kept secret. Not any more. Next season Norris will be a fixture of the Grand Prix circuit. One more thing. Team GB suddenly look pretty damn good eh? Mylor
...........Next season Norris will be a fixture of the Grand Prix circuit. Entirely agree Brightonbob. He did more than enough to gain an entry for next year's series. I'm just glad we don't have to wait for guys like him to qualify through the GP Challenge anymore. On the crowd front, I reckon anyone who was there will not want to miss next year's and will really want to take their mates along too. To those who couldn't make it this year, you missed a real treat. To the organisers............thanks for putting dirt on the track. This was a GP for the racers. Well done the Brits!!
