jeffster
I am correct in presuming the top 8 scorers make the final, and if so, why bother with the two semi's and final after the 20 heats ?

lady of the manor
Champion, is there any chance of you translating whats happening please! it's all Polish to me
Champion
Well, I can try to translate but it's not gonna be perfect  1. Schlein, Tessari, Krajlic, Vida Sure win for Schlein. The track is really hard.  2. Kołodziej, Miśkowiak, Gizatulin, Lindbaeck Excellent start of the Polish riders.  3. Kroner, Smolinski, King, Jaros (u3) Daniel King and Jan Jaros fall down at the last lap. King is the first one who stands up and he gains 1 point.  4. Hawkins, Świderski, Korneliussen, Davidsson Excellent heat by Swiderski. He was the last one but his attacks made him finish second.  5. Davidsson, Jaros, Miśkowiak, Schlein Jan Jaros falls down in the first bend, but the referee allows him to ride again.  6. Lindbaeck, Hawkins, Tessari, Kroner Sure win for the Lindbaeck  7. Kołodziej, Korneliussen, King, Krajlic Another sure win for Kolodziej.  8. Świderski, Gizatulin, Smolinski, Vida The same situation with Swiderski as in his first heat: he was the last one but he finished at first place  9. Lindbaeck, Świderski, Schlein, King (u4) Daniel King falls down (not dangerous) while he was fourth  10. Smolinski, Miśkowiak, Korneliussen, Tessari Nothing interesting happend  11. Gizatulin,Krajlic, Hawkins (d/t), Jaros (w/su) Jaros was excluded for causing Gizatulin to fall. Hawkins - engine failure just at the start.  12. Kołodziej, Davidsson, Vida, Kroner (d3) Kolodziej had problems with Davidsson only at the first lap.  13. Kołodziej, Smolinski, Hawkins, Schlein Another really sure win for Kolodziej  14. Davidsson, King, Tessari, Gizatulin Sure win for Davidsson  15. Miśkowiak, Świderski, Kroner, Krajlic Smart start (and first bend) for the Poles and they win  16. Lindbaeck, Korneliussen, Jaros, Vida Korneliussen was attacking Lindbaeck.  17. Schlein, Korneliussen, Gizalutin, Schafer (d4), Kroner (w/t) Kroner excluded for touching the tape. Kroner replaced by Schafer.  18. Kołodziej, Jaros, Tessari, Świderski (w/su) Another race that Jaros is riding dangerously and he falls down, almost making the Poles to fall. But the referee excludes Swiderski  19. Smolinski, Lindbaeck, Davidsson, Krajlic Suprisingly Smolinsky wins with Lindbaeck  20. Miśkowiak, King, Vida, Hawkins (w/u) Hawkins excluded for falling down. Sure win for Miskowiak.  ---  21. Miskowiak, Swiderski, Korneliussen, Kolodziej (u3) Kolodziej falls dawn (not dangerous) while he was attacking Swiderski.  22. Lindbaeck, Smolinski, Davidsson, Schlein A lot of action during that heat.  23. Miskowiak, Smolinski, Lindbaeck, Swiderski Miskowiak attacks Smolinski on the first lap and wins.
