  1. Think that even to Havelock, it must now be obvious, that Matej does not want to ride for him. He has to start and show some initiative, for once and go out and try and find a rider, who knows maybe two. Instead of sitting back and waiting for riders to contact him.
  2. Yep sounds about right. Classic Havelock.
  3. I don't think Huckenbeck can be a 5, as he has raced Polish league with Polonia Pila in 2014, do;nt know wether he was involved in Poland last year though.
  4. If he gates, he can certainly win races around there.
  5. Only problem I can see with Rosen is if he rides in the Alsvenskan league on a Thursday. Mind you I don't think Tungate and Heeps will be coming to Redcar, but I hope I'm wrong.
  6. I think a lot of Redcar fans will go, because it promises to be a fantastic meeting. I for one will certainly be there.
  7. There is no reason, why Redcar could not run this at the weekend. It seems (from Alex Harkness) that the overriding factor, in choosing the day, was rider availability.
  8. All of the four teams, in the final, have a realistic chance of winning it at Redcar. Okay so maybe Newcastle will be underdogs and maybe Edinburgh are slight favourites, the difference between all four teams, is not huge. I would like to point out, that every rider in the main body of the team, has some pedigree around the PMA. So it will come down to which team wants it and rises to the occasion. I think it will develop into a very tight exciting meeting.
  9. As you probably know Ian, Redcar can run on any night (or day for that matter). So for it to be run on a Thursday night, probably means, there are other factors coming into play.
  10. Excellent meeting, great entertainment. The track was very good tonight, the MPA was close to its best again ( but not quite). The devils definitely deserved a point ( if not more). Fine margins between success and failure.
  11. This will be a tight one. Most of the Plymouth boys go well around Redcar, certainly Risager is no slouch, as are also Kurtz and Simota. Looking at it the devils have no weak links and I think a last heat decider might be on. Lady luck may also play a part.
  12. Hi anyone gotta link (not the above one I'm afraid), my computer won't touch it.
  13. Kai Huckenbeck might be a good punt as well.
  14. Don't know who does them, but if it is any consolation, there was definitely a camera there.
  15. Matt Tresarrieu will never ride for the current Redcar management.
  16. It wouldn't be the first time at Redcar, that once a match was lost, that riders used in heat 15 were of the cheaper option. I am not saying that is the case here though, I know Lasse has machinery issues.
  17. CVS only sold 49%. I believe he still owns the actual track and pits, but of course only leases the land it is on.
  18. Because if you keep attending, those in power will think everything, is hunky dory and keep on trotting out, the same old shi£e. That's why. The only way to get through to Havelock is to hit him in the pocket. I personally will go to Scunthorpe on Monday, where I know it will be a great meeting.
  19. Nope, same one's. I believe the track was voted 4th best in the league, (by the refs), last year, but for me, it was still well slick and very dry.
