If I understand the new rules correctly there are one or two clubs that will need to make a change or two before the new season. For example Edinburgh, they currently have William Lawson and James Sargeant at reserve, and will no disrespect to them part of the new rules is to create a clear pathway for young British riders and I don't see how that applies to either Sargeant or Lawson.
Riss has opted out of racing in GB this season

I delighted when Bridger signed for Berwick a few seasons back, he looked the part, turned up with immaculate equipment and came over as very professional. Things then started to go wrong, first machinery, then loss of form, then missing meetings. Very talented rider but with Lewis there always seems a back story.
My sources tell me that no decision was taking on the biscuit front. An EGM is being set up as we speak to make final decision after which they will start on more mundane matters such as points limits, rider availability, rules and regs etc.
To be brutally honest I don't have a massive amount of faith in the powers that be to come up with anything like a solution for the 2021 season, and have absolutely zero confidence in Rob Godfrey, as chairman, to lead the powers that be to anything like a solution for the 2021 season.
