  1. Over the last couple of seasons Wrights form has been very hit & miss, more miss than hit IMO.If Wright can get back to the form we know he is capable of then Glasgow have a made a good signing on a steal of an average.
  2. Dont tell me,someones told you who our new sponsor is to be. The windiest holes do indeed make the most noise.
  3. Bit like taking the mountain to Mohammed. I think any move by BRFC to a potential new stadium is a few years off,if it happens atall,Im sure Berwick Speedway will be part of Berwick for a few seasons yet.
  4. Sheffield have taken a gamble that Im pleased Berwick did not take, maybe Albin will turn out a winner at Owlerton but IMO i dont see it.
  5. Your investing a potential in signing Albin,he might turn out to be a decent PL rider but that will take time,IMO he wouldnt get anywhere near his 5pt assessed average for a while and right now could any PL club take that kind of gamble.
  6. Maybe not but for me success in the PL is what every season should be all about, for the last couple of seasons our PL position has been poor so it would be nice to see a better finishing position. A national trophy though is always very welcome.
  7. Doesnt Wolbert ride in Poland on a sunday.
  8. Happy with the team, hopefully lady luck will shine on us during the winter and this will be the team come next March. Glad we didnt go with Albin, nothing against the kid but I dont think it was the time to take a gamble, much better to sign a team where you know what you will get and I think we have that. No
  9. col24 will be in attendence,he will want to know the team.
  10. Dyer should prove to be a decent signing for Redcar, and has the potential to make a significant improvement on his starting average.
  11. That Twitter`s a dangerous place. Then you dont and never have known the team, simply trying to make yourself look oh so better than the rest of us,tried and failed Im afraid. Hope you will be at tonights forum...so you can find out the 2013 team.
  12. Im hoping the rumours that Albin is going to be a Sheffield Tiger next year are true, but I think he`s a cert for Berwick.
  13. Just a guess for tomorrow night Ashworth Albin Bellego Wethers Smith Edberg Dyer
  14. Final chance this evening, either post the team from your "source",or forever to be known as the waffle poster. Choice is yours.
  15. So to have them both in a Berwick team will make that Berwick team an exciting one to watch. To suggest that Smith is injury prone is poppycock IMO,you could say that about every rider nowadays, especially when you consider the amount of racing they do.
  16. You could say that about quite a few riders. Id like Aspegren to be in our team for next season,he showed enough last season to make me think he can be more than a capable scorer next year.
  17. Second chance,no more waffle, post the team theres a good chap.
  18. Or post the "team". Then post the team Sir,otherwise I accuse you of posting waffle, not for the first time I may add.
  19. I like others have had a guess at the likely team, but like others,as soon as Alden went to Kings Lynn I was wrong. I dont know next years team and have no wish to know, like everyone else I will find out the team on friday. For me thats quick enough, this I know more than you is really quite sad.
  20. I hope so to,his signing is a gamble and I dont think this is the right time to be taking a gamble, furthermore we can only comment on what we saw last year.
  21. Aspegren would be my choice over Wethers, and swap Dyer for Albin and its a decent team.Im afraid we will be carrying Albin,at least at the start of the season and probably longer.
  22. So go to everyone of those meetings and pay at the gate and you only save £8 over the season, miss one and your out of pocket.
