As for the start girls, for me its white, blue, red then yellow. After his earlier aberation, the ref cant call it all four back, for me its Hampel to go. -

Twaddle, your arguement is over as soon as you admit Zagars leading. But whats done is done,I think the refs made a cock-up but theres clearly some deluded souls who believe otherwise. But theres far more important matters, like why is the yellow start line girls top not as un-zipped as the others. -

Agree,on the whole the EuroSport coverage is excellent, but you do get the feeling the after break presenter has been out for a Chicken Chow Mein, and is keen to get back to it. -

Any ref should be able to call that one right, even Christine Turnbull. Then its the wrong view. -

All the ref has to do is make the right call,in this instance he hasnt, what makes it worse is that hes looked at replay after replay and still made a shocker. -

Refs dropped a clanger,Zagars the leader and did nothing wrong. -
With Dakota Norths EL team also riding on a Thursday, theres very little sense in him signing for Sheffield, not of course unless he gets dropped by Peterborough.

How many times have we said that though. Disappointing result for Berwick, even without Aspegren I thought we would get at least something, but it wasnt to be.Infact this meeting pretty much sums up this season, and probably the last few seasons, where we promise so much but deliver so little. Berwick started off so well,Bellego for example winning his 1st two rides, yet somehow we cant continue that into the second half of the meeting.Maybe just maybe some of our riders feel all to comfortable and lack the fire in their bellies that make winners.

Must admit,I saw Schramm riding last saturday for Plymouth and he looked like his best days were long gone. However George English has this knack of getting the very best out of his riders most of the time,if he can with Schramm then Newcastle will go on to win the PL,as I believe they did last season.....I take on board Scunthorpe winning the play-offs but Newcastle finished top and so were the best team in the PL. -

Mr Barrie has never missed a meeting all season, and has been on the mic every meeting he`s been there, either on his own or making the odd announcement during a meeting. And Im sure he`ll be delighted to read he`s running the meetings now, thought the ref did that.
