  1. Giving the rules governing Polish riders racing in the PL,its difficult to see Jamrog signing for Berwick.
  2. I think the majority of Berwick fans have been more than happy with the efforts of Starke, hes done more than was ever expected of him and at times his performances put his more experienced teamates to shame,if not Berwick then Im sure there`ll be takers for Starke come 2014.
  3. Euro Champs are tomorrow night, weathers been lovely all day,I hope tonight is a raving success for Ricky.
  4. Dry and bright start, and once this early morning cloud burns off it should be a nice late summers day. Hope the meetings a real success for a great cause. Its unbelieveable to think that its over two months since Ricky Ashworth suffered his injury.
  5. Best of luck to Newcastle for this sundays meeting, hopefully it will be the Diamonds collecting the trophy come sunday night.
  6. Bye bye Berge. Weathers set pretty much fair for tomorrows meeting, saturday is forecast to be bright and dry, even reasonably warm,so hopefully that will encourage more people out to support this meeting.
  7. If thats true, that has to rule him out of Berwicks plans for next season.
  8. Should Berge sign,it would make all kinds of sense to have Bellego in the team to,especially if they were based together. Quite a few on here have put Liam Carr forward as a perspective signing,Carr or Berge fine, but Im not so sure on both, bit to much of a gamble for me.
  9. Which is why maybe at the right club he could be a decent points scorer, though Id be surprised if we see him in the PL next season.
  10. Somewhere with Matej Kus is a decent rider,he has shown glimpses of that in the past, giving the right team with the right manager and I think Kus could still be a decent scorer at PL level.
  11. Starke did well at Newcastle towards the end of last season, and many felt he was unlucky not to be included in their team this season.IMO he`s done reasonably well for Berwick, and if theres going to be a reduction in the points limit then a rider like Starke could be a very attractive signing. Hes surely done enough to be at least considered for next years team. Albin is a Sheffield asset.
  12. Only if they are willing to learn, so if the answer is "the keys are in the pits for you" that would lead me to believe the answer to be no.
  13. I've translated some Polish sites and it appears Gollob displaced the T7 vertebrae in his neck, he will undergo scans for any possible head injury, which Id imagine is routine as he had suffered a concussion last night.
  14. I see the Monster guy has got his hooks into Tai nice and early, cant someone tie him up out the back somewhere.
  15. And we haven't seen any of that on anywhere near a regular bases this season.
  16. Agree with you, then why are Newcastle so much more successful than Berwick.
  17. No Aspegren,so Hugh Skidmore comes in to guest with r/r remaining for Smith. It seems Aspegren has picked up a knee injury.
  18. Theres enough monkey business going on,though we`d be crowned Chimpions.
  19. I didnt think Woffinden would get top eight, let alone the top step. But all credit to him,he will be a worthy World Champ, its true to say he had a bit of good fortune with first Holder dropping out then Sayfutdinov but in twenty years the books will show the 2013 World Champ as Tai Woffinden and thats all that matters.
  20. Weathers set fair for tomorrow,so there`ll be no problems there.Saturday will be dry, bright and warmer than of late.
  21. It would be a tradgedy if speedway was to be lost in Sheffield, but Im sure theres somebody out there who can take things over and give the Sheffield fans a secure future.
  22. Darcy Ward Tai Woffinden Tomasz Gollob Greg Hancock Sweden
  23. Of course if Aspegren didnt make it,Berwick would be able to use a guest for Smith, with r/r taking over for Aspegren.
