  1. As per forecast this particular Saturday has started out very grey and very wet.
  2. I`m sure he will at your meeting tomorrow.
  3. That's put an end to the Lambert for Schramm exchange.
  4. Untill Lambert gets a true average he cant double up, though I`d doubt he will be allowed to double up even when he gets a true average. A 3pt EL average is a 5pt PL average though I think Lamberts average might be above four meaning a move to Newcastle even more unlikely.
  5. Yes he does, even the MC wouldn't agree to that one.
  6. I admire the Newcastle promotion for having the balls to make these changes as they obviously didn't want their season to drift along into nothingness. King should be a big scorer, not so sure about Greaves, maybe another rider could come in to boost the reserve positions. Could someone like Paul Starke not be allowed to double up with Birmingham, though giving Newcastle already have a number of riders riding in the EL it could prove a nightmare with fixture clashes.
  7. I agree I want the best team possible to represent Team GB, problem is at the minute arguably our best rider doesn't want to take part. Woffinden is nailed on, as is Harris, after that and without Nicholls you could pick any two from about seven or eight riders who are all much of a muchness.
  8. Hopefully the weather Gods will be on Berwick`s side tomorrow, as right now the forecast looks non to promising. Tonight will be mostly dry before rain moves in around dawn, that rain will be slow moving, the afternoon will be more showery but those showers or longer spells of rain will last well into tomorrow evening.
  9. If you have a look at my previous posts you will see I was and still am against team changes, I merely posted for our friends who favour team changes what may be available, though thanks for the reaction. I was of the understanding that some of us had "had enough of this place", it appears not.
  10. For those posters who would like to see change, then you could swap Doolan for Rosen, that would put Vissing to No1. Would that strengthen us though.
  11. Amazed Newcastle have dropped Rosen, not quite as shocked about Henry, I take it Rosen has done enough meetings to become a full Newcastle asset. Clearly the Newcastle promotion needed to get their team moving up the PL, so you have to give them credit for making moves that might not be universally popular with all their fans, other promotions might have dithered and see their season peter out by mid-July. Must admit I cant see why the MC turned down Lambert joining Newcastle, though giving some of the decisions they`ve come up with lately we shouldn't be surprised, IMO it as long as he can commit to Newcastle`s fixtures then I think it would've done him good to race in the PL. Maybe the MC didn't want Newcastle to get to good a team.
  12. On a World level no probably not, but we have to start somewhere, if Rossiter chooses to go down that route of course though at the minute the guy hasn't got much choice.
  13. Oh yes I`d forgot about that. Best keep my powder dry for later, though it seems there is rain at the track which might have the final say on the matter.
  14. It would be the ultimate irony if the weather wins out for a second week running.
  15. Giving the form he has started the season in, I`d be hoping Rossiter is doing all he can to get Scott Nicholls back into riding for Team GB.
  16. So Proctors a Tiger, all we have to do now is get this meeting on. Decent around their own track they may be, but there will be many questions should Berwick find a way in chucking their lead away.
  17. Excellent, that's the end of the matter then. Good luck to Proctor at Sheffield and good luck to Roynon at Plymouth.
  18. No they aren't. So even back in the day the BSPA still couldn't get things right.
  19. Whenever signing a rider surely the club must get everything in place before announcing it to the public, clearly in this case Sheffield didn't and have made a pigs ear of the whole thing. On tonight, Sheffield know they cant have R/R for Proctor, if he doesn't make it. My guess is they will insist that Roynon is still in their 1-7 and be giving R/R for as they were last Saturday, which as we all know is just plain wrong and against the BSPA`s own rules.
  20. I agree with you but that doesn't mean Sheffield should be above the rules.
  21. Are you meaning Roynon, then if he is still in the Sheffield 1-7 he should take his place in their team. There is no way Sheffield should have any facility, if the rules mean anything that this.
