Giving the events at Peterborough tonight, me complaining about the Scunthorpe team lacking Ryan Douglas doesn't seem that bad.

Last week we had a club setting fire to straw in the hope they could dry the track, minutes later the fire brigade arrive, result meeting off. Now this. I like Peterborough as a club and have always enjoyed my trips to the EoES but you do wonder just how long the club can survive for.

Not the worst meeting you are likely to see but Scunthorpe were always on the back foot with turning up without a genuine No1 capable of winning races. The others did their best but were never in any danger of getting any points.
