  1. Lets sit around till the rain water-logs the track, then we can call it off.
  2. To be fair Hall and especially Edberg did quite well last week, they have far more racing experience than the Edinburgh pair and should out score them comfortably.
  3. Aye God giveth with one hand and takes with the other, though to be fair just about everyone has more hair than me.
  4. No, as I pointed out the other day there`s enough people on Berwick threads with multiple usernames or people who have access to a shared account with me starting thankfully.
  5. If Liam Carr scores the kind of points from reserve that he did riding for Berwick a couple of weeks ago that could swing this match in Edinburgh`s favour.
  6. Tero deserves a break, as you say coming in as reserve should help him score good points for Newcastle.
  7. See I just wish him all the best, irrespective who he is racing for, I`m just pleased I didn't post that, there would've been uproar.
  8. Lets hope he has seen the error of his ways from a few years ago then.
  9. I agree but where`s the rider who could replace Stead, its not like another rider will over take him in Sheffield's averages so the promotion can pick and choose horses for courses as they go. Berwick faced the possibility of losing their guest facility for Barker as Vissing was only just behind him in our averages.
  10. Not sure it would be wise for Glasgow to get into a public slanging match with their former rider, but you can be sure they will have their side of the story, with the truth being somewhere in the middle. I hope Berge is back in the PL soon as he is a thrilling rider to watch.
  11. Providing enough race winners has proved to be Berwick`s undoing in the last couple of home meetings, with a bit of luck Tungate should help in that direction. Cant split these two teams so it might be a thrilling draw, whether that helps Berwick`s hopes of still making the play offs of course is another matter.
  12. No no no, don't agree with me, its part of the game. As for anyone having personal issues, there is an ignore feature on this forum which is easy to use.
  13. There is enough people with multiple usernames, or the use of more than one account on Berwick threads without me starting.
  14. Don`t want your apologies, by your own admission you know little or nothing about him so I was posting a video so you could see the new rider in action. Forget about his opposition, he looked tidy enough on the bike and I wish him all the best for the rest of the season with us.
  15. The Swedes put him in as a reserve in the SGP, so they see something in him, don't think he has ever raced over here so it would be unfair to judge him, as you say great to see the club bringing in new assets, that can only be a good thing for the long term future of the club.
  16. You release a news letter to your customers, you would think any extra two minutes giving it the final check isn't to much to ask. I want the Berwick news letter to be the best there is, I hope we all do. What you think of me isn't exactly high on my list.
  17. However, the doctors have agreed to allow Claus to get a special knee black fitted, to allow him to attempt to race on until the end of the season, when the operation could take place. Any ideas on what a knee black is.
  18. No whinging on a Berwick thread, its not the done thing.
  19. And there is good news on one of our other injured riders, Ben Barker is now home from hospital to continue his recovery.
  20. Seeing the Worlds best riders racing in our EL is surely what we all want to see, like it or not Ward is just that, though Sky did over do things a tad last night.
  21. As has already been mentioned Sky`s next meeting will be Lakeside v Coventry, with cheaper admission through the Lakeside website, they also mentioned they would be showing Wards return to Poole with Swindon.
  22. At the end of the day Ward will put bums on seats.
  23. I`ve been banging the bring back the qualifiers drum for a while now, with no change from the decision makers. Never mind, the 4`s at Peterborough is always a great day out, I am sure this year will be no different.
