In some ways Peterborough are the authors of their own downfall, obviously not the injuries but if they had maybe made it clear to Lambert he need to get to as many meetings as possible then he would've had a proper average by the cut off date, the meeting against Ipswich the night after the SWC race off in Vojens for one. -

Director of the Office of the Commission for Combating Doping in Sport confirmed that the Polish speedway we are dealing with another case of the use of illicit means. - I can not give too much information. But I can confirm that we are dealing with another positive chance in Polish slag. Officially we will be able to tell when we will have confidence that the player received from us an information about the test - for SportoweFakty.pl said Michael Rynkowski, director of the Commission for Combating Doping in Sport. Director of the office of the Commission can not yet confirm which of the players was caught on doping and which chemical. But we know that it comes to marijuana, and the player diagnosed with the use of this measure is to Aleksandr Loktaev of SPAR Falubaz Zielona Gora. Sample set was collected after the match against KS Torun, where Łoktajew scored 4 points. Results will be verified, and zielonogórski club will lose the bonus point. Jacek Firefighters from SPAR Falubaz confirms that during the meeting in Torun Zielona Góra players were subjected to tests, and among them was Łoktajew. But there is no knowledge about the test results. Samples were also collected from three players KS Toruń. They were Paul Przedpełski, Grigory Laguta and Chris Holder. This is translated from Sportowefaty, now I know they aren't the most reliable of sources but if this is true then Falubaz may be losing a rider. -

So using this logic this would also rule out using the new stadium in Manchester for SWC events. Ok SWC may not be quite as expensive to host as SGP but two meetings in three days as you say given the vagaries of the British summer could put a question mark over hosting the event there. With this thinking no event would ever go near Vojens. -

I have been to the last two 4`s days at Peterborough, last year had Peterborough in it and the crowd was good, year before Peterborough weren't there and the crowd was equally good. It does make sense though to have the home team in the event if possible, but its difficult to see Peterborough actually able to field any team never mind a competitive one. -

Speaking of fees, you should be able to get yours back from the escort agency for your "girlfriend" for the day. -
Back in the day riders did actually rider ten years for one club so thoroughly deserved their testimonials, changed days nowadays in the vast majority of cases.

It says on Kelvin Mullarkey`s Wilipedia page that he didn't miss a single meeting for Rye House for nine seasons, is this true, if it is that is one helluva record.

Don`t think it makes much difference who guests for Masters, Edinburgh will score enough tonight to make the second leg a formality. -

Yes riders in Sweden can ride for two teams, the difference is that one league rides on a Tuesday with the other on a Thursday, so there isn't a situation that you have here where the two sides race on the same night. One solution would be that our EL races on a fixed night each week, probably Monday`s, that wouldn't lead to as many fixture clashes between EL and PL.

Surely now that Lambert has made his racing return, he has to come into the Panthers team for the 4`s irrespective whether he had a proper average at the cut off point or not. Its this kind of thinking that saw him over looked for a wild card for this years British Final. -

Maybe we could have a Berwick/Scunthorpe team. -
But one rule should apply to every club, be it Glasgow, Edinburgh or anyone else, as soon as you introduce at the MC`s discretion you open a whole can of worms. One reason why that particular rule needs scraping. On most threads yes, but I could name at least one where critical opinions are frowned upon.
