There`s been 500 posters issued to promote this meeting, so I am sure there will be one of these posters in the supermarkets, cafes, information centre`s etc all over Berwick and surrounding area. As Perryman`s buses are sponsoring the meeting I am sure there will be posters in the windows of their buses for a bit of mobile promoting. There is one poster in the O2 shop window so the other 499 must be there somewhere.

Excellent, lets get it announced then, some people out there might need to look at booking hotels and time off work. -
IMO the asset system passed his sell by date years ago, no rider commits to a team year after year now, and there is little or no transfer system that enables a club to cash in on talent. Scrap the whole thing and let the riders be truly self employed.

I think that contradicts what he said in the same magazine a couple of weeks ago, maybe the Monarchs have told him he wont be need there. So that would mean Cook finding a new team in the PL, even on a high average there`s bound to be teams tempted to give him a shot.
-
I agree, representing his Country, finishing on the rostrum in British Finals, qualifying for SGP, and top scoring for his team in the PL up and down the league, clearly signs of going to pieces.

If your figure is any where near right, that's a lot of money to find for what is a six month season.

Commercially I understand, but IMO no team should be seeded directly to the Final. -

SWC I agree with, but as long as Cardiff is hosting a SGP I cant see another one in this Country. -
Errrrrrrrrrrrrr no, lets just say that Berwick Speedway doesn't need Mr Lindon right now.
-
Unlikely and no.
-
Fair enough but its getting him there in the first place that has proved at bit of a problem.

This team wont see the light of day but it has the strength in depth your looking for Ryan Fisher 7-42 Theo Pyjper 6-55 David Bellego 6-06 Anders Mellgren 6-10 Kevin Doolan 6-74 Tero Aarnio 4-53 Dimitri Berge 4-70 Total 42-10

BSPA have a meeting in around a months time, at the meeting Berwick will have to declare if they are running next year or not, you would think though that if an investor or buyer has come forward and is in talks with the club a period of grace would be given.
-
Last average I can see for Hughes at PL level was at the end of the 2012 season, his average then was sub four point.

Indianerna are making their move.

Thomas Jorgensen has withdrawn from Thursday Silver Helmet meeting at Redcar due to injury, he will be replaced by Peter Karger.
-
Thought about Carr for my team, he has come back well from injury but IMO needs a season winning races and being a top rider at NL level. However if the promoters introduce a fast track reserve system then Carr would certainly be in my team, though the top five would need to change as there would bound to be a decent sized reduction in points limit.

1 Thomas Jorgensen 7-80 2 Theo Pyjper 6-55 3 Kevin Doolan 6-74 4 Ryan Fisher 7-42 5 Claus Vissing 7-54 6 Fernando Garcia 3-00 7 Nicki Barrett 3-01 Happy with my top five but a bit worried about the bottom end.
