Agree with you, Berwick have found to their cost in the past that going with R/R over a few weeks doesn't work, especially if we lose a rider during the meeting as happened at Glasgow today. Mellgren has made a poor start to the season due to his injury, maybe we need to sign a replacement to cover his absence or a straight replacement full time.

Glasgow V Berwick Sunday 17th April

I`m sure Scott Courtney put his replacement riders in races for a reason, maybe on this occasion he made an error, but he is young with virtually no managerial experience. One things for sure, he will be a quick leaner, and if there`s any lesson to be learned for the future he will learn them. -

As with the meeting at Newcastle things look to have fallen apart for Berwick the last few heats, not the greatest weekend for the Bandits, they will need to put this weekend behind them asap and come out fighting against the Tigers next Saturday. Hopefully Worrall and Wethers will be ok after their crashes today, and Jorgensen is back after picking up an injury last night. -
In the opening post on this thread there is what was called fighting talk from the bald one, looks like his team backed up those his words, Edinburgh came for revenge after Berwick won at Armadale the other night and got it so congratulations to them for their win. Berwick`s lack of race winners was their un-doing, and a No1 with two retirements with bike trouble. Hopefully this will a minor blip in what has so far been a decent start to the season.

If your meaning the Berwick team for this season you may well be correct, though there`s plenty time for that to change. In the past Berwick have had riders who have missed meetings on a reasonably regular bases Rymel, Franc, Edberg, Alden, Franchetti , Bellego etc, though if Berwick have now decided to only sign riders who can or are willing to commit to every meeting then I applaud them for doing so.

According to preliminary information, the player does not remember what happened on the track in England - he had a concussion. In addition, X-ray showed a shoulder injury and a fracture of one of the bones of the shoulder (collarbone or shoulder). At the moment, you can predict three or four weeks off starts. On Thursday afternoon should receive detailed information from the clinic, which on Thursday will be Rory Schlein taken. Recall that the accident, which suffered Schlein took place in the fourteenth race game Kings Lynn Stars Coventry Bees. Australian collided with Casper WorynÄ…. This is translated from a Polish site.

Edinburgh V Glasgow League Cup 15 April

As with most Glasgow away meetings this season, if their top four fire that will go along way to winning the meeting for them. As for this one all signs point to a second home defeat on the spin for the Monarchs. -
There`s a lot of things that might change between now and June 3rd, though sometimes its best not listen to rumours.

I am sure you should getting giving longer odds than that for Coventry, but we will see. -
Difficult to quantify this post, other than showing complete arrogance.

Do you have the same "in-call" charge as you do for "out-calls".

Edinburgh Vs Berwick Fri 8th

I`m sure Berwick at least was very happy towards the end of last season that Fisher`s average was such that they could call on his services more than once, as Newcastle would've been last Saturday, and I`m sure he will do equally well this Saturday as a Monarch. -

Some of what this particular poster posts shouldn't be taken seriously. -
There`s not to many teams that will get anywhere near Newcastle at Brough park, so last nights result will be repeated. Berwick were in it up to the last four heats, but all in all a reasonable performance. Agree with you about Lambert, he`s going to take some stopping this season, and could quite easily become the PL No1.

No need to hijack this thread to discuss personal issues, surely that be kept to PM`s, stick to the title of the thread, there`s enough juice to be squeezed from that.

Good luck to Aaron at Leicester.
