  1. http://www.bellevueaces.co/newsitem.aspx?id=1682 I`m coming down to the SWC Race off and Final, at this rate it could double up as opening night.
  2. Good grief. At least we know after this post the day can only get better.
  3. http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2655819?day=2 Saturday`s forecast doesn't look to bad at the minute, though it could be cold as it was last weekend, hopefully if it is the club might dispense with a parade and get the tapes up at 7pm as advertised. I feel sorry for the lady with the heat and sponsor boards as it the meetings so far this season she`s had all kinds of weather throwing at her.
  4. So it would appear last nights meeting at Poole was the greatest, in fact it looks like at least one attendee spent more time during the racing posting on here than they did watching the actual meeting.
  5. But there are good people doing that already on the updates site, and paying for the privilege to do so, you have the rest of time to post on tonight's meeting.
  6. Shouldn't we be relying on the updates. http://speedwayupdates.proboards.com/thread/15405/poole-coventry-el-20-30pm
  7. Absolutely, two riders racing, and credit to Barker for firstly getting the bike down so quickly, then going over to help both injured riders by the looks of things.
  8. And look what happened when Berwick went there, if Berwick did it why cant Workington.
  9. Lambert confirmed as one of the starters in the GP Qualifier meeting at Kings Lynn, so the Diamonds will need a guest. No official word yet on Kus, but there are rumours. http://www.speedwaygb.co/news.php?extend.30317.5&utm_medium=twitter&utm_source=twitterfeed
  10. Glasgow have normally been the team with the biggest travelling fans to come to Berwick over the last few years, even the years when things wasn't going so well there was always a good number coming through. We`ve had some cracking meetings in recent times, I think Saturday will be one of those.
  11. This forum will go into melt down should this happen.
  12. Reasonably comfortable home win for me, by 10-12pts, now surely in the way this thread has started there`s nobody out there thinking the same score for the away team, not even our from our friends on the left hand coast.
  13. Maybe getting Alden at three will get the best out of the returning Mellgren, and I like Doolan riding with our reserves.
  14. You could post this in the Berwick v Glasgow thread that`s already started.
  15. http://www.glasgowtigers.co/video/glasgow-tigers-vs-berwick-bandits-lc-heat-5/ Video taken from Glasgow Tigers official site of last Sunday`s crash between Ritchie Worrall and Mathew Wethers, thank God for air fences.
  16. Against a top four that Glasgow have, hopefully Worrall will be there after his crash last Sunday, could prove a problem. After a poor weekend against Edinburgh and Glasgow Berwick need to get back to winning ways.
  17. I think you need to spend some of the savings you keep telling us about on treatment.
  18. Just because Tai has parted company with Pete Adams doesn't mean that signals a return to EL racing, if anything quite the opposite IMO.
  19. Another thread goes to pot.
  20. Why cant you bring your better half to the speedway, there`s a bar, and you could enjoy the full meeting.
  21. You would think on a night as cold as last Saturday, and with poor weather around, racing would've started bang on seven.
  22. No meeting for Edinburgh that night Fisher should be available, all depending on Lambert and this meeting at King's Lynn now.
  23. How I wish every team could have a rider as over rated as Lambert is. I think by the end of the season Lambert will be one of the top guys in the PL.
  24. Pieszcek could be on his way to winning this meeting for Falubaz.
