  1. Young Zach faces an operation tomorrow to repair the breaks, hopefully he will be back asap.
  2. I am staying at the Premier Inn in Denton, seems its not to far from stadium, surely there is a bus going from hotel to speedway, any of our friends from the area can help.
  3. Congratulations to everyone at Plymouth Speedway, delighted to see them win a trophy after so nearly going out of the sport earlier on this season. BSPA need to look at 4`s day, riders pay, and no trophies or medals for second and third places cant be right.
  4. Delighted I got my tickets and hotel sorted out months ago, looks like there`s going to be some disappointed people come Friday and Saturday.
  5. With the events of earlier this season where we nearly lost Plymouth Speedway, I dont think anyone would begrudge it if they went on to lift the title.
  6. On this occasion yes, I applaud referees that take a firm decision in first bends as she did with Jepsen Jensen and Janowski in earlier heats, but she got Ht18 horribly wrong.
  7. All four back for everyone, apart from attention seeking fools who like nothing more of a Saturday night than to go on a fishing trip.
  8. Congratulations to a weakened Berwick team on making tomorrows Final, now lets go and win it.
  9. To be fair she has done ok up to Ht18. And tonight Mr Attention Seeker post goes to ..........
  10. Berwick threads, the place where no opinion is allowed, plenty of multi usernames mind you just no opinions that dare to disagree. This is information from his Polish, clubs. http://speedway.com.pl/riders/dawid-stachyra/
  11. Agree with most of what you say, though there`s no reason why Emil cant get his career back on track, get back into the SGP, and have the chance of becoming World Champ. IMO Emil has been badly advised at times, maybe its time to do what he wants, and not what his manager and/or sponsors tell him.
  12. Great to see Berwick back to a seven man team, lets hope David is worth the wait and comes up with points to keep our play off push going.
  13. Sad. I have been to a couple of the recent 4`s events and enjoyed them, yes one was very drawn out but that was due to injured riders. EoES has great facilities, easy to get to, and can produce good racing. I hope everyone has a great weekend and the new system works.
  14. Berwick in recent years have attracted GP Qualifiers, World Finals, and last Saturday a British final, Sky have chosen a Berwick home meeting four times now so somebody some where thinks the club are doing something right. I don`t think anyone has put Berwick forward as the epitome of great racing, its true we`ve had some rotten meetings at times, but we`ve also had meetings that were excellent, to describe it as crap is way off mark and a bit daft really.
  15. Thanks for posting the link, very helpful for those of us who will be making their first trip to the new Belle Vue Speedway.
  16. Sayfutdinov certainly has the talent to be World Champ, whether he has the drive is another matter, doesn't seem to be the kind of rider to see his ambition and really go after it no matter what as he tends to let others decide his future for him, sponsors, manager etc. I would love to see him back in the GP`s but I agree with those who have said it should only be through the qualifiers, he may bring some commercial bonuses with him but it should be remembered he dropped out of the GP`s and there will be more deserving cases come the end of the current GP series.
  17. I will be using the bus from my hotel, there and hopefully back.
  18. Yes you are quite right, my mistake. Still don`t see him as our replacement for Alden due to the rules regarding EL clubs No8`s.
  19. Surely our reserve for the SWC has to be Josh Bates.
  20. Time they took arguing, debating whether to ride the Final, they could've had the Final ridden.
  21. No point in having Lambert as reserve as he only gets a ride should one of our four get injured and IMO he is to good to be sat in the pits all night, he must be in the team along with Woffinden, King and Cook. Thanks for dragging this thread kicking and screaming back to its original subject, perhaps it might catch on.
  22. Maybe so but he would also miss at least three Saturday nights as he takes part in the SEC series.
  23. So with 129 pages of argument and debate have we actually get an answer to the threads title, should Tai Woffinden ride for Team GB.
