  1. Carr was fantastic last night, and he`s been in decent form of late for both his teams, some of his away scores for Berwick aren't always what they could be so hopefully with the confidence he has right now will help tomorrow and see us through to the semi finals.
  2. Do you mean the meeting arranged for the Black and Gold, if so entry is by donation, there will be news on the training track out at Duns and you`ll get your supper.
  3. I think the Sky meeting was on one of those electronic boards just through the Scots Gates, so I think it would've been on the rest of them. Promoters promote, supporters support.
  4. Meeting off according to BSPA site. http://www.speedwaygb.co/homepage
  5. Your right, though IMO Wells was lucky to be in the rerun of Ht15 as it looked like he rode his teammate Campton out to the fence.
  6. The banner was on the fence outside the sports centre. agree about a couple of strange decisions from the referee in particularly with riders jumping starts. Another strange decision was to let Ricky Wells go off 15m in Ht15, good as he is he was never going to catch and overtake either Doolan or Jorgensen, surely Adam Roynon from the tapes would've been better especially as Wells seemed to give up after one lap only to be gifted his point after Vissing fell.
  7. Sorry to have to agree with you about the crowd and atmosphere, very low, all the more remarkable then that the collection for the Ben Find raised the magnificent total of over £1400. At the start of the season there seemed to be a positive attitude and atmosphere thanks mainly to the new consortium and sponsors, that's all gone, it would seem to end of the season cant come quick enough for some.
  8. Schlein started the season with an average of 6-24 so wouldn't be allowed to ride in the PL this season, his current average effective from 22-08-2016 is 5-90 so he would be allowed to ride in the PL next year, should that rule remain the same of course.
  9. If Grondal and Perry were aware before the meeting that they were out of a job iys little wonder That Peterborough are in for a home hammering, what a strange way to run a club.
  10. Did we need a thread just for this, most of us had worked out already that either ignoring the posts on your own or by the ignore feature will help stop spreading the manure.
  11. Palovaara at reserve is a huge plus for Newcastle in their play off push, the prospect of seven rides rides for him should see him racking up big points.
  12. Once the fog lifted this morning its turned out to be a nice day today in Berwick, and a repeat is forecast for tomorrow. http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2655819
  13. earlier in the season the Chairman of the BSPA no less told us the rule book would be ripped up and simplified, and not a moment to soon IMO and its often some of speedways daftest ruling that get in the way of what should be fairly simple sport to govern.
  14. Doesn't that only come in to play when both have the same race night and are racing against one another.
  15. The strength of the Leicester team tonight is laughable, Poole will hit mid to high sixties.
  16. Keep an eye out for a group from Berwick, nearest bar I would imagine.
  17. It seems ludicrous to say a six year problem is the reason for your poor performances though it does look at times Harris will blame anything rather than himself.
  18. Somebodies season will end next Monday, but the semi final isn't over I promise.
  19. Completely agree I thought Nigel Pearson should've mentioned Charlie at some point last night, very poor IMO.
  20. I think there is probably a couple of posters who are waiting to be told what their opinion is.
  21. Parade at 6-50pm with tapes up at seven, now there`s a novelty.
