Berwick V Rye House (7pm) 10th September
screm replied to crescent girl's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
I agree that average cheating might still go on but with these rolling averages it takes much longer. -
The market for selling speedway bikes you would imagine is a fairly small one, so hopefully people will keep an eye out on the usual sites though if the bikes are broken down that will make things a bit tougher. Funny that only the bikes were stolen as with tools etc you would think they would be easier to get rid of.

https://www.instagram.com/p/BKKbjLlDCpM/ I have posted this in the NL section but for those who don`t read that section Shelby had his bikes stolen from his van earlier this morning. Nothing else was taken, if these bikes are going to be re-sold hope someone out there will be able to help.

Plymouth V Newcastle Pl Friday 9 September 2016

Plymouth vs newcastle What a win for the team tonight and getting 3 points. For me was a stressful day getting in so much traffic and getting there at 7 pm and the meeting start At 7.15. Not the start I wanted but then got 3 wins and a third but in my third ride I over locked the bike and as I did so the bike picked up and badly twisted my right hip. So that's the reason I didn't do heat 15. Next meeting tomorrow fingers crossed, get some Phisio on it in the morning and then the meeting at Leicester. Taken from Robert Lambert Racing. -

Ipswich win at Redcar, Peterborough lose at home to Workington, why oh why didn't one of us take our resident money man up on his recent bet. -

Impressive win from the Diamonds, could I just point out there was one or two of us on here that pointed out just what a decent signing Ashley Morris was. -

Thought you would've hiding your post by now but no, perfectly reasonable thing to ask for the commentary team to pass on their best wishes to Charlie, obviously she has moved on from speedway coverage but I`m sure she will tune in from time to time. Doesn't have to be anything major, just on behalf of all of us we`d like to pass on our best wishes to Charlie Webster. No dickory here. -
Samsplint is right the lease hold is held by the Supporters Club, but to me when it comes to getting the rent money from the speedway Berwick Rangers Supporters Club and football club are all the same as between them they would need to find the shortfall should the speedway not make into next season. Maybe the football club or some people connected to the football club could take the speedway on.

Did you phone the lovely Sophie to ask if she fancied going to the speedway with you, or was she busy with another client....I mean her mother. -

Only question is who makes Holub`s travel plans, how late can you leave it to see your travel plans won`t get you from a to b. -

I couldn't understand this thread when it started, six pages later I`m just as clueless, maybe its a Suffolk thing.

No reason why they cant pass on their best wishes during tomorrows SGP in Germany, failing that Monday`s Sky match at Belle Vue. -

Decent enough day weather wise for tomorrow, lets hope rye House provide decent opposition and we round our season off with a cracking meeting. http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2655819 -
I am sure BRFC will be keen to see speedway continue at Shielfield, take away the rent money will leave a fair sized hole in the coffers of the football club.
-
It is registered as Berwick Bandits Speedway Club Ltd. So the accounts for the 2015 season and right up to the end of this could alter the value of the club as this time last year the club was facing the end unless new investors could be found and is in much the same state now, any buyer isn't buying what it was or what it could be, they are buying the club as it is now.
-
Hopefully this wont happen but if my team, Berwick, were unable to come to the tapes or were in another league that would open a place up for Leicester or Kings Lynn.
-
I`d love to see Kings Lynn back in the PL, but it wont be with that team, not unless they raise the points limit, which they wont in fact I think a drop in the team average limit would be a good idea.
