  1. I think it will be a situation where Peterborough would be entitled to three days worth of guests, practice, meeting and rain off day if needed, though the result of this meeting was announced half way through the meeting at Berwick last night so you would think Holder could get from Pocking to Scunthorpe without to much difficulty. Robert Lambert rode in the same meeting and he will be taking his place in the Newcastle team tonight.,
  2. Bridger 6-05 Proctor 6-68 According to the BSPA site.
  3. If Berwick use R/R as they did last night and keep the guests either where they did last night and use Proctor for Bridger I would expect Berwick to line up as follows. 1 Nick Morris 2 R/R for David Howe 3 James Sarjeant 4 Kevin Doolan 5 Ty Proctor 6 Jye Etheridge 7 David Wallinger
  4. Surprise home win last in what turned out to be a very entertaining meeting, Craig Cook is certainly one of the best riders ever round Shielfield and but for a broken chain probably would've been unbeaten, but Berwick had their share of bad luck to firstly with Bridger coming to grief in a fall in Ht11 and then IMO the ref making the wrong call in Ht14 when Doolan should've been awarded second place in not Sarjeant. Highlight of the night was a great piece of team riding by Nick Morris in Ht10 to partner arguably Berwick`s match winner Jye Etheridge to a much needed 5-1. Once Berwick get back to a full team I think we can start winning regularly at home and at least start posing a few problems for the home team on our travels to. David Howe should be back next week, as should Danny Gappmaier. Lewis Bridger travelled home last night and will be going to hospital this morning to be checked over, hopefully if we get good news there we will have a full one to seven for the visit of the Diamonds.
  5. I thought after your first post that nobody could be that pathetic, but having posted more tripe in your second post I guess I was horribly wrong.
  6. Sadly for Berwick their KOC dreams ended quite some time, still it left plenty time to concentrate on the league.
  7. More clouds than this morning but still very bright, warm and dry. Safe journey over and enjoy your night.
  8. Lovely start to race day and forecast just about to stay that way. http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2655819 IMO Berwick have a job on tonight to get a home win, even with a full team it would be a difficult meeting so it will be even harder with a depleted team in particularly losing David Howe who has been in sparkling form, Danny Gappmaier was always going to miss this meeting due to SGP Qualifiers though whether he will take is place in that meeting now due to injury might be in doubt.
  9. According to this he is only taking a break from racing for Sheffield. http://www.birminghambrummies.co/news.php?extend.2468
  10. No David Howe for Berwick this week, unsure as to the fitness of both our reserves, Payne and Gappmaier, who both were withdrawn from our meeting last Saturday. Rain Gods can do as much dancing as they want at Berwick, we have that covered.

  12. Predictable home win but none of us gave Scunthorpe much of a chance of getting anything other than a hammering so credit to them. Scunthorpe fans must be wondering what would've happened had Ryan Douglas fired.
  13. Nobody fancy Matej Kus, I think he is back racing now after injury.
  14. Surely there will be other weddings you can attend, there will only be one Doolan Testimonial meeting.
  15. I agree, though you`d think it would be only common sense for Danny to let the club know he was injured.
  16. Yes you are right, but Coty`s scorers must have left the Redcar promotion thinking to turn the temporary arrangement into a permanent one. If Coty is released you can guarantee he would be long before he`s in another team.
  17. When Ellis Perks average changes I think Coty will find himself at reserve for Redcar, IMO making it lees likely they will get rid of him. I would stick with the team we have now.
  18. I agree but on the evidence last night as well as his performances for Redcar since going there I think they would be crazy to get rid of him.
  19. Kevin Doolan stages his well deserved testimonial meeting at Berwick, many highlights besides the main event including match races between Chris Louis and Mark Courtney. Teams as follows taking from Facebook. BERWICK Seb Alden David Bellego Nick Morris Lewis Bridger KINGS LYNN Chris Holder tbc Dave Howe Sam Masters Jan Graverson BELLE VUE Josh Grojzonek Kyle Howarth Jason Garrity Joe Jacobs IPSWICH Rory Schlien Cameron Heaps Kyle Newman Ben Barker
  20. Not sure we would be allowed to resign Carr having sacked just a few weeks ago, if he had signed for another Premiership club then was released we would have more of a chance. Personally I think we should stick with the seven we have now, Gappmaier has proved to be a good scorer this season, and IMO we should give Etheridge a go at reserve he will be mounted on new equipment next Saturday, seems up for the job and wants to well for the club.
  21. Whats on.....only the biggest meeting in club speedway as Falubaz take on Stal Gorzow.
  22. Great to hear, it was a nasty one. Few days fishing and you will be brand new.
