  1. Honestly speaking, apart from Doyle, is the Australian team all that crash hot, so to see them struggling isn`t quite the surprise it could be. Delighted to see the Aussie joker fail miserably.
  2. Any team with ambitions of making a play off place must target a full four point win at Berwick, Ipswich are one of those teams, maybe that could be Berwick`s best hope of a win.
  3. Thankfully Ipswich Speedway have made an announcement, sadly their opponents tomorrow night haven't quite got round to it yet. http://www.ipswichwitches.co/witches/#News
  4. Ryan Douglas guests for Nick Morris while Ben Hopwood comes in as guest for Lee Payne.
  5. http://monsterenergyswc.com/news/article/5864/preview-%7C-monster-energy-swc
  6. See I did and still do disagree with haventgotahope`s original post and made my reply, though thankfully I didn't have to resort to name calling.
  7. Well I will be there to support my team and hopefully see a decent night of speedway. Along with you I cant see anything other than an away win but as long as I get value for money I will continue to go. But it would be nice to win now and again.
  8. Race Off Australia Chris Holder & Jason Doyle (No Doyle then Max Fricke) Russia Emil Sayfutdinov & Grigori Laguta USA Ricky Wells & Gino Manzares Latvia Andjezs Lebedevs & Maksims Bogdanovs
  9. Bowtell was very impressive against Redcar and did enough just that night to deserve a team place instead of Payne. Sad to see Berwick miss out.
  10. Sad to hear about the passing of Geoff, condolences to all family and friends.
  11. I was delighted with the Bridger signing at the start of the season and I thought he would become an out and out No1, sadly that hasn't been the case. The revolution sponsorship didn't work out and then just as he was hitting some decent form he was injured. Thing is with Lewis there always seems to be a back ground story, as is the case now, sadly I don`t see him back at Berwick anytime soon.
  12. Were Berwick ever in with an interest in signing Bowtell full time.
  13. First off no rider should have a guaranteed team place, be it Doolan or anyone else but I get what your saying. If we don`t move away from that kind of mentality it will be tough to take the team forward. Berwick need to get back to a seven man team, and need Bridger and Morris back asap, Morris has with drawn from Friday`s SWC race off through injury and will miss our meetings this weekend, while Bridger has been referred to a spinal specialist and will under go an MRI very soon, hopefully if there is good news he will be back in the team, and after being lightened in the pocket by the SCB I`m sure he will be keen to return.
  14. I much prefer Natalie to Suzi, I hope BT have a re-think and make her the main presenter come Cardiff.
  15. Take your point but Craig has had his moments on social media to, though to be fair to Cook he has certainly upped his game this season.
  16. I`m sure if Morris could he would be in the race off at Leszno, so maybe he injured himself in his crash last night at Kings Lynn, but you are right the Swedish Final was last night and won by Antonio Lindback I think, and the Polish Final is on right now, we are up to Ht5.
  17. No wonder they were taken down, possibly from advice by his PR guru, clearly Woffinden still has some growing up to do and has no intention of riding again for Team GB. Fine by me.
  18. Fair point as it was always likely that Robert Lambert would be involved in the SWC, less so Steve Worrall but he`s thoroughly deserving of his call up. Obviously at the start of the season we didn't have Nick Morris in our team, speaking of which I see he has pulled out of the Australian team to race in Friday`s race off in Leszno, that would rule him out of our match with Edinburgh due to be the same night and possibly next Saturday`s meeting at Berwick.
  19. The only one I can see from last night was this, which doesnt seem that offensive in itself. Not unless the tweets from Tai that has got everyones backs up are replies to ther tweets. Tai Woffinden‏Verified account @TWoffinden 22h22 hours agoMore Good luck tonight boys #TeamGB
  20. Certainly not the strongest I`ve ever seen, one I expect to be soundly beaten, but obviously suitable guest choices are limited......or maybe we`ve just given up.
