  1. You are correct of course, but the point remains that Berwick did complete all their fixtures before cut off due, part of which was due to the track covers that saved four or five meetings from rain offs and subsequent re-arrangements.
  2. Looks like there is a delayed start due to rain, so its tractor racing at the minute.
  3. http://speedwayupdates.proboards.com/thread/17293/scunthorpe-workington-sun-sgbc-30pm
  4. In terms of a ban that won`t happen has Lambert would've had a medical note to cover last night, though to be frank it probably wasn't worth the paper it was written on. As for actually riding in Poland today, is anyone really all that surprised.
  5. Where he scored 9+1 in his sides 53-36 defeat at the hands of Gniezno.
  6. If Bjerre chooses to ride in the re-arranged SEC meeting tomorrow, or is instructed to, I don`t see any way that Belle Vue can get any facility other than a 4pt rider in Bjerre`s place as the BSPA don`t recognise these meetings.
  7. All going wrong so far for Falubaz, speaking of which I don`t think we have heard from our resident Falubaz loon, is everything ok.
  8. I know Laura Morgan has made considerable personal and financial sacrifices to keep Workington Speedway going, sadly towards the end of last season there were doubts about speedway continuing in Workington due to low crowds. It would be a real shame if the doors were to be closed but sadly it wouldn't come as a shock.
  9. A rider of great promise and talent, sadly for him Lambert seems to be taken a leaf out of his friend Mr Woffinden`s book and thinking he is a whole heap better than he is.
  10. Whilst you could well be right you must st least concede that if Lambert takes his place in his Polish meeting tomorrow it will look pretty iffy.
  11. Decent start to today weather wise though there might be one or two showers around later on going by this forecast. http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2655819?day=0
  12. Hopefully the NSS will be packed tonight, the track is as good as there is and the stadium facilities are excellent. Many the field is as strong as in years gone but you don`t need the very best riders to have the very best meeting. Good luck to Nick Morris.
  13. Berwick 1 Ryan Douglas 2 R/R 3 Danny Gappmaier 4 Kevin Doolan 5 David Howe 6 Ashley Morris 7 Alfie Bowtell Sheffield 1 Steve Worrall 2 R/R 3 Lasse Bjerre 4 Josh Bates 5 Kyle Howarth 6 Jan Graversen 7 Georgie Wood
  14. I agree with you, you can bet after the Holder debacle Peterborough will have checked just exactly what was going to happen and what Harris had to do, maybe we could find out who gave the advice to the Panthers promotion.
  15. He did indeed, though IMO he should be riding for Peterborough this evening.
  16. Must admit its the first time anything to do with speedway has blocked me, up till now its been Newcastle United footballers and the odd Sky News presenter that have put me on the naughty boys step.
  17. They are a touchy bunch doing the Peterborough Twitter page, I`ve just been blocked.
  18. According to the Panthers Twitter page its R/R for Harris, I don`t think he rode in the British Masters today, I`ve seen no injury from last nights meeting at Workington.
  19. You assume correctly. https://www.acu.org.uk/News/2017/08/ACU-British-Masters-Line-Up-Announced/
  20. Pretty standard stuff for and end of season interview, he was getting ready for the play offs with Swindon, he thought he had as good a chance as any in the Championship Riders Championship, and that he`d enjoyed himself at Berwick and went onto thank the club, promotion and fans.
  21. Edinburgh still looking for a guest for Masters though it looks likes R/R. http://www.edinburghmonarchs.co.uk/news-centre/article/2017-09-09/monarchs-looking-to-pillage-the-points?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter
  22. On the BSPA`s own advert for this meeting it say the top rider from every club so its very disappointing not to see Robert Lambert`s name in the line up he would be one of the favourites for the title, maybe there`s a perfectly good reason for him missing the meeting which we will learn in the next few days, hopefully Lambert wont be the only top rider to withdraw before the tapes go up.
