  1. Seems all was not well in the Somerset camp, which has lead to these changes.
  2. Line ups to be revealed tomorrow at twelve, all 11 clubs taking part.
  3. It was planned for Ulrich to travel home yesterday, I hope it happened and he is back very soon.
  4. I`d like to see more encouragement to sign young British riders, for example from 16-18 they should be on a protected 2pt average, from 18-21 a 4pt protected average.
  5. Of more importance IMO is the need for two paramedics, that seems to speed up any delays as one paramedic stays with the injured rider to supervise transfer to the county ambulance while the other stays on the centre green which normally lets the meeting continue.
  6. Unfortunately for Birmingham they couldn't pull off a miracle and go out of the NL KOC, yet another double figure score from Leon Flint. http://speedwayupdates.proboards.com/thread/17934/birmingham-nlkoc-l2-17-2018
  7. Surely you would rather watch two seven man teams.
  8. Those that are could one of them stop off and buy our friend, fed up and hungry, a sandwich or something.
  9. To be fair to Redcar there`s not to much they could do about it, obviously Ben Barker is injured and Jorgensen meeting for Kings Lynn at Swindon will take priority over the Redcar one.
  10. Nothing wrong with his form in Poland today, where he has scored 14pts in his sides victory at KSM Krosno.
  11. Can we take it as read that you wasn't at Berwick last night, Josh Pickering may be many things but out of control isn't one of them. Silly post really.
  12. For this Thursday`s meeting with Peterborough I`m hearing that Aaron Summers guests in place of the injured Ben Barker with Josh Auty guesting in place of Thomas Jorgensen who will be riding for Kings Lynn at Swindon.
  13. Theo Pijper finished with 9pts in his World Longtrack meeting yesterday in France. The meeting was won by Matthieu Tressarieu with former Berwick rider Romano Hummel in third.
  14. I`m sure there is a valid reason somewhere, but I am struggling to find one, giving the amount of help and support you and the rest of the supporters club have giving to both club and riders you would think it would be good PR at least to do presentations in-front of the fans in the stadium.
  15. Looks like Kyle Newman has escaped any broken bones and will be back sooner rather than later. http://www.lakesidehammers.co/kyle-update/
  16. Many thanks to all those who gave up their Saturday morning to put the covers down as it saved another meeting. With the covers down all day the track was very slick which made passing very difficult and gating a premium. Apart from Wells and Erik Riss the Monarchs gave very little resistance and they will need to be much better in the KOC matches in a couple of weeks though it seems there could be a change or two coming from the Monarchs. All the Berwick riders apart from Aaron Summers, who had a night to forget, won at least one race and Matty Wethers was a good choice of guest. Great gesture from the supporters club in sponsoring the junior meeting and with their recent sponsorship of the academy riders, sad that the presentation could take place on the centre green as the donation to Jye Etheridge shouldve done so to.
  17. Great to see two Brits through to the Final, the form Robert Lambert is in he must start as one of the favourites for the title. This could end up being quite a season for young Robert.
  18. Take your point but IMO it would be harsh to get rid of Summers, anyway can you actually see this promotion doing that.
  19. https://sportowefakty.wp.pl/zuzel/relacja/85390/2-rk-do-imj-w-vetlandzie
  20. Track was covered first thing this morning, as already posted there has been bits of drizzle around in recent times but hopefully by the time racing starts the forecast is more promising. Tapes up at 7.
  21. I got into enough bother about the lovely people of Cornhill a few weeks ago so I will pass on that. On a happier note I see Leon Flint has been made captain of the Birmingham team for tomorrows meeting at Mildenhall.
  22. Looks like Falubaz junior Alex Zgardzinski will be out of action for quite a while after a crash in training yesterday. http://zuzel.falubaz.com/post/fatalny-upadek-na-treningu-kontuzja-zgardy
  23. Still dry at the minute but rain is still forecast. https://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/0/2655819
