No doubt at all. How`s that for support Mrs Cresent Girl.
-
Berwick should be able to see off Scunthorpe tonight, irrespective of track conditions, our visitors have a rider at No1 just back from injury and IMO are considerably weaker in the reserve positions. If Berwick are to keep up their play off ambitions this is a must win.
-
Of course they would and I don`t blame them, Craig Cook is self employed and will want to make a good living from his racing career.
-
If, by putting in the effort through the week, the entertainment improves and keeps people coming back week in week out and then tempts back those who are disappearing on a weekly bases, isn't it worth it.

Jonathan Chapman - It's Your Time
screm replied to Daniel Smith's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
Agree, but whoever takes on the job will probably get by vote from the BSPA and going by how long it takes to get things done it will be a few seasons yet before we see an independent individual ruling speedway. -
Jonathan Chapman - It's Your Time
screm replied to Daniel Smith's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
Whilst I`ve no doubt Jonathan Chapman is a great guy and top bloke, would he or anyone else for that matter take on the task of curing the problems speedway currently faces. -
Like virtually all riders Cook will go where the money is best.
-
Seems Rybnik have dispensed with Cook, especially after signing Dan Bewley. Cook has struggled in Poland this season in general.

Edinburgh vs Ipswich, SGB Championship, 13th July 2018
screm replied to cyclone's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Richie Worrall is now an unattached rider how can he still guest, or is this an audition rather than a guest appearance. -
Because any rider that becomes available and could strengthen the Berwick should be considered at least. The inclusion of a rider like Ritchie Worrall would do that, but I think he will go else where leaving the Berwick team as it is now.
-
Ritchie Worrall will get another team very soon, in the next day or two quite probably.
-
Well done to the Glasgow promotion for having the ambition to go after and get Craig Cook into their team as I think it will suit both rider and club.
-
Craig Cook`s move to Glasgow has now been ratified and completed, Ritchie Worrall now available.
-
Giving the memories it has giving us I`d say quite a few of us.
-
Not sure of his schedule, though not riding in this Country, but Nicolat Klindt would be high on the list.
-
Oh the memories of that night just came flooding back.
-
And what a season, hugely successful on track but fair to say not quite so clever off track.
-
Probably the most important thing on the discussion table was where to have this years p!$$ up, excuse me AGM.
-
Fair enough, though for this meeting in Roden the meeting starts at 12-30pm with practice at 9am, great to hear Pijper will be with us this Saturday.
-
There should be no need for the other clubs in the Championship to join forces to force any rule, if the rule exists then all clubs should abide by it.
-
It might've been an idea to get this signed and sealed by the BSPA before making any premature announcements especially when you have Craig Cook himself tweeting his signing. Personally I hope this move comes off as IMO it will be good for rider, club and the league.
-
Might all be irrelevant anyway as the BSPA have yet to clear Cook signing for Glasgow so until he is Worrall will stay in their 1-7. Also there`s no chance of Doolan being the rider to be released.
-
Why, currently Berwick are in a play off place, surely that is something we want to aim for as it would at least extend our season. Looking at the latest averages on the BSPA site if we want one out one in then the only rider we could drop is Kevin Doolan, anyone else puts us over the points limit, that of course if the averages haven't changed after last Saturday.
-
If, and its a big if Worrall is available and Berwick could afford him, its a no brainer to sign him. Came close to signing for Berwick a couple of years ago, IMO he could be the No1 we are missing in the team.
-
You're right so no bother with a guest facility.
