  1. On current form I doubt Tai will struggle anywhere but like the man in the orthopaedic shoes I stand to be corrected. Hope he can make the rostrum.
  2. Leaving aside for a second the pros and cons of Woffinden getting a wildcard pick, looking at some of the comments on here it's no wonder as a nation we're so rubbish! Not liking Woffinden (or Barker or any other Brit for that matter) is one thing but some of the venom on here means there isn't much more damage that needs inflicting on GB by other nations after we've finished with our own. And the fact that some of you are still spouting this Aussie nonsense about Woffinden just shows how small minded some of you are.
  3. Interested to see on Twitter that Freddie Lindgren has flown out to Denmark with his British League engine for the SGP. Fingers crossed that it's as good as it has been for the majority of this season! I think Freddie needs a top four finish to avoid another year hovering around 8th
  4. As a general point can I just say what an interesting article that is! I'd be interested to see a similar league table for British sports people and it would be even more interesting to see how many people would need to be included on such a list before a British speedway rider features (who presumably would be one of Harris, Nicholls, Richardson or Woffinden...)
  5. Would love to see Freddie win - his form is awesome at the moment Hard to see beyond Crump, Emil and Nicki at the present time though AJ and Greg always go well at Cardiff Hopefully a Brit will do well So to summarise, I reckon Walesek will win it
  6. 1. Sudden Sam Ermolenko 2. Rocket Ronnie Correy 3. Kelly "I'm only here for the beer" Moran
  7. Looks like Sticky got better as the meeting went on (and his heats became easier). How did he look to you iris?
  8. Thanks for the info Ian, much appreciated. The Speedway GP website now has ticket prices but no details of how to purchase so hopefully these will follow!
  9. Thanks for the info Boggle, much appreciated
  10. The query form on the SpeedwayGP website isn't working. The lack of information concerning this event worries me.
  11. Hi I'm thinking of going to the Italian GP and have found cheap flights to Trieste which is a good start. I'm concerned though that the tickets haven't gone on sale yet and, moe worryingly, the stadium capacity is only 4,000 which seems low. Is the 4,000 simply seating with more allowed in for standing, when are the tickets likely to go on sale and is the GP even going to be held here or am I going to find myself stranded at the wrong end of Italy trying to find a tv to watch the GP in Lonigo when the organisers finally agree a deal for that stadium?! Any advice and information gratefully received, thanks.
  12. Yeah definitely. You sure Johno? Yeah definitely. Quite sure Johno? Yeah definitely. Can you start a sentence with something else Johno? Yeah definitely
  13. Welcome to the forum Old Chap (that's got a good ring to it don't you think?!) I'm too young to have heard about this track but as my dad is Wolvo born and bred I'll see if he has any memories!
  14. Thanks folks. Good knowledge
