That would all be sorted before the S/F's anyway. And if two riders were level on Series points there would be a Race-Off for the title. And I don't like the new system either.

Home team chose the gates for Heat 13-15. If they chose 1/3 for Heat 13, they have 2/4 Heat 14 and 1/3 for Heat 15. (Vice versa if they take 2/4 in Heat 13)

I have now had it confirmed that if the home team picks 1-3 in heat 13, Heat 14 will be 2-4, Heat 15 will be 1-3 and vice versa. In these heats the riders in Red and White will always have the inside of the team's gates. (Gate 1 or Gate 2)

I submitted my Match Programme to SVEMO with the fixed gates, so I presume there will be no draw. I also presume that the home team could chose 1&3 (or 2&4) in all 3 heats. I have no link as the details came in a private message.

The format above has been confirmed. Fixed gates for Heats 1-12 and as I understand it, the Home team has gate choice for the nominated heats. There is provision for a No.7 who has no programmed rides, but can take up to 4 rides.
