2 1/2 pages in the St Austell Guardian today with 6 pictures.

Im staying at the Travelodge in Nuneaton, only cost £26 for the night when I booked a few weeks back.

Should be there but plans have changed and not leaving Cornwall till 2pm now cause of having to go into work!

Getting that way. Looking on Facebook the other day and there is a group on there for the village I was brought up in and I did not recognise a single name on there :0. All talk of plans for the summer break! Would love to see Bomber get the coverage that Truro City FC and Cornish Pirates RFC got after there wins in London but some how doubt it will happen.

Must be a different edition up your way, two articles about Horse Racing in the edition I managed to lay my hands on here in Cornwall. Any chance of scanning a copy?

The local sunday paper for the West Country has a couple of photos and a short report from last night. Not seen a lot in the nationals I flicked through in the shops this morning.

Gutted I didn't go, especially as the Devils match is off tomorrow. Couldn't afford to do both. That move off the last bend reminded me of so many passes at the old Clay Country Moto Park.

I do not understand how the system is place is viewed as farcical. I am sure the opposite would be being said if the previous system was in place and Hans had more than tripled his score from the heats. The previous system did not encourage racing as riders knew that 5 2nds would comfortably put them in the semi's, the semis were worth nothing and then a huge jump in points in the final. The new system makes every race count and every point scored count, surely this has got to encourage racing and overtaking!

I am sure a few of these will be flying in Cardiff on June 30th.

It looks like Ben Barker is through but Danny King has missed out.

Lets hope our local press give him the coverage he deserves, I will be watching it again tomorrow to write a report. I fear that the West Briton and Guardian will only be bothered with Truro City FC next week.

Chris's performance tonight reminds me of a few years ago when Trelawny was up and running and his performances from the back in the PL days. Great to see him going so well. Can see plenty of St Pirans's Flags heading to Cardiff this year!

Thought Bomber did a good job, certainly on the pace and his gating was not too bad.

Top rider do not make a great meeting, just ask anyone who witnessed the Plymouth v USA Dream Team meeting lst week. Passing in every race, plenty of incident and a very enjoyable evening except for the injury to Adam.

Anyone got the full scorecard for this?
