I've never heard of a F.Reeves. As that meeting was at Boston in 1978 (Eddie rode for Boston that year), I reckon it was Eddie and the 'F' is a typing error.

Octavio Nano should be Ottaviano Righetto (ex Eastbourne) The other Italian on the tour was called Battaglia. He didn't ride in any of the matches though.
