I was like you Ghostwalker Dackarna are a quality team but Smederna last night did not hold back as they were focused and extremely determined to win and had the belief that they would. That was an incredible performance by Smederna in the play-off final all credit to every single rider and team manager. Woentin leading Janowski for 2 laps proved that he gave it all he had and deserved his place riding in heat 14. CHAMPIONS 1973, 1977, 2017, 2018, 2019 To celebrate my teams victory last night I have designed myself a new vector graphic BSF logo.

Another issue I had today when I cannot sign in and my request for a password reminder could not be fulfilled as the site stated that my registered email address did not exist.

I always thought that Gary Havelock would do a brilliant job, but I will always support those that are in team managers position.

I remember reading about this regarding Bo in the Speedway Star. He throttle jammed open and was lucky not to get injured. Even though he said he would return to Reading if memory serves me right he retired later in 1977 after breaking his arm whilst racing in Sweden. Also, his Swedish team Smederna went on to win the league that year. I cannot not blame for not returning to Wimbledon after a handful of matches for them during 1976 and he was going to return racing for the Dons in 176 but after Tommy's extremely sad fatal accident this never happened. Also, Bo rode for Wimbledon at number 3 when I attended my very first live against speedway meeting when Wimbledon lost at home against reading in a challenge match 32-46 (no Tommy jansson riding for Wimbledon that night).

Now it is crunch time and the GP is around the corner and some how I still top although not alone this time round. Everything is still up for grabs so a crucial decision has to be made next time. Well done to Mark for being brave in picking Lindback who is a brilliant rider but so inconsistent he was more than capable of winning the British GP (again) and also scoring zero points. R&R what happens if it ends up in a tie is their a race-off? Well done to the many punters that have made it through to the last round and also to E=R&R in running this game and producing some excellent odds through in a GP series with so many quality riders this could not have been easy.

I had this issue for nearly a week but everything now seems OK

Well Kolodziej was certainly an extremely lucky dip for R&R and the other punters. Personally I did not like this choice but I always stand by what came out of the hat and this is the last time i use this method. But anyway somehow I'm still top, and R&R can now put some better food on his table to enjoy everyone is happy

Not impossible to have a three rider dead heat, but I do not know of such an event. Although, I would loved to have seen a race that had one of these events.

The thing R&R I could put a video up on YouTube showing me making my pick but I would and someone who allege that I have fixed this. Players should remember that I eliminate myself from this game last year when I failed ro put more or less alongside my rider and you gave me a benefit of doubt, and I did inform you that my bet should have been more it left with with no funds and eliminated from the competition. I will decide what to do after this GP, but if I do stay in then I will change my tactics with the sheer intent of winning.

first of all credit to the track staff for providing an excellent race track after the rain shower that caused a delay to a meeting. It will be hard now for Smederna with only a 2 point lead, but hopefully they remember that when they won the league back in 2017 they actually lost the first leg 41-49 against Vetlanda before going there and winning 54-36. I know that the team has different riders as there is no Matej Zagar, Leon Madsen or Michael Michelsen but Jesper Jensen, Lebedevs, Eklof and Aspgren (if he rides) were in the team. I would not be surprised to Pontus Aspgren in the team next week. As I use to say when I played sport if you believe in yourself then anything is possible, so all is not lost yet. Great commentary again last night, Dave.

Mark, I could easily do the picks for the next two GPs and place the names of these riders of this page, but if you think about this it would be extremely unfair to the other players in the players in the game as this may affect the odds decided for these GPs by R&R. Also, as the Torun GP wildcard has yet to be named so I cannot put their name in the hat (so to speak) for my lucky dip. R&R, I always like to cheer my rider on, and because of this factor I do like them to score points rather than lose them, as I think that it is bad karama to want a rider to do badly. So, I had made two lucky dips in this game the first Matej Zagar in the German GP went well after a run of uninspired picks by me. The points that Zagar scored in GPs before the German GP are 7, 6, 4,10, 3 and 7 so the fact that my lucky dip rider suddenly scored 15 points was just as much as surprise to me as it may have been to him. My second pick Janusz Kolodziej it is just one of those things that R&R (and not me) who put his odds at low. Again his track record in GPs has been poor, so again another gamble by me maybe not as much as the previous one but I believe in my pick and I will see what happens. The fact that no-one except myself knows how I do my lucky dips is based on your own personal assumptions. Afterall where is your prima facie evidence that I have not done a lucky dip for my choice of rider. To borrow some legal latin from the law of tort res ipsa loquitur (the facts speak for itself). This game is just a bit of fun to me and whether I win or not does not bother me one-bit, as the challenge of trying to win is more important. But who knows i decide not to continue playing, after this round.

I cannot not remember seeing a 0-0 but I have seen a 15-0 in a Trackstar Anglia Junior League at Wimbledon in 1979 where all the opposition riders against Wimbledon had no finishers. In fact looking at the records of the Trackstar Anglia Junior League there have been several 15-0 results I did not know what happened in these meetings though.

Hi Susans 1 yes my lucky dip done well last and I will continue to use method for the remaining grand prixs that I' am in, it was a shame that my Euro Millions lucky dip was not as successful as this one. I fully expect a fight until the end and I would not want it any other way. I think we punters had a great night last night as we did not lose anyone and R&R bookies had to cough up loads of money

According to my Sky box Smederna is on Tuesday night so hopefully another inspired performance will follow from Sederna on Tuesday. As I did predict dackarna avoided a possible inspired Smederna team in the semis. Great performance from an under strength Vasterik coming back from 10 points down. But this result did not surprise me.
