Ha Ha now who is squealing! Your big problem is that you like to bully others with your postings and then try and dress it up as "defending", tough you've been rumbled big style! Now part of your argument is that " most Panthers fans would contend that as Robert L has been missing so often his average isn't the yardstick to go by". Well done for acknowledging that averages are the yardstick to use, as points scored is irrelevant if you have had more opportunities and easier rides! But surely “most Panthers fans contend” is based on their OPINION – come on, if you are going to have a debate about using facts not opinions at least use arguments that support your point of view and not mine! -

Firstly there was no sarcasm in my post, if Lukas’ opinion based on his viewing of Panthers performances was that Simon Lambert is one of your top three riders, fair enough. That is what my posting was aimed at and with a genuine apology, however, as is your usual style, you felt the need to weigh in with a personal insult against the poster, I’m afraid that says much more about you than me! As to opinions and facts, statistics can be portrayed to represent a variety of views, but as speedway is regulated on riders’ averages that would be the obvious measure of a riders performance. Panthers’ website shows Simon Lambert is actually the fifth best performing rider of your current team in 2015. And that, oh clever-dick, is not an opinion; it’s a fact, easily verified! -

So the changes are just the 28 day replacements?? That does make a bit more sense - to be accurate you have your top two men out -

Have to say I'm bemused and a bit perplexed by this talk of team changes - who exactly are you all thinking should be dropped from the team?? Obviously you can only bring riders on a lower average and I don't see who is out there and available to do a better job than who you have! This talk about Ben Barker is amazing, good luck to him after his horrendous crash and injury but to bring him in you would have to drop Ostergaard, and unless info is wrong and he is out for the season his relationship with your promoter and the fans means that is never going to happen. Only other option is to replace Lambert and coming back from his injury Barker willnot score the points you could get from the vast range of guests eligible to stand in. Yes it may be better to have a regular team rider but it would (imo) definitely weaken your team. So - who is going to get dropped?? -
This has the potential to be a cracking meeting if the weather allows! I'm sure everyone would have loved to have seen Auty/Douglas/Wilson and Bjerre/Robbo/Roynon not suffering injuries and allowing both teams to field their chosen seven, but we now have what we have. There really are question marks throughout both teams and whilst I agree Scorpions potential strength at reserve makes them favourites it could go either way. Bears appear to have good guests and have finally thought about most productive rider to use rr for, although its disappointing Jonas is missing as he is rapidly becoming our trump card! Interesting that Holub is named at no.1, this must mean he is ranked higher than the new kid, with the consequence being he is therefore unable to take a rr ride, that might just prove to be the deciding factor, however with both teams being totally unpredictable it may be an easy stroll for either of them - not a match to have a bet on!! Lets just have a safe meeting.

Don't think you can use that excuse - getting plenty of guest bookings and scoring well, just had an awful night last evening - His gating in heat 3 was arguably the worst I have seen in 47 years of watching speedway!! -

Yet more confusion over availability, I do feel sorry for Panthers fans who deserve better than to have these constant farcical scenarios. Obviously this was known about for Wells to be booked as a guest, why did it take until now to get the correct "documentation" ? You would have thought that with the usual speed of press releases, Panthers management would have been highlighting this and disputing the ban in the knowledge that it was all above board!! Panthers fans showed their worth by raising the "fighting fund" pre season, at present this is all rapidly turning club into a laughing stock!! -

I'm sure Redcar will avoid 60 points, Somerset can't be that bad!! r/r for Roynon, all Bears to take rides (plus double points each time ) -
Just seen report on local TV news, which also showed footage of the crash - Looked to me like Josh came into bend fast but then track conditions meant he just slid into Lewis which resulted in the crash, footage only showed Lewis going out of frame. No further news given than what is already known. I would guess this will be on again at 6.30 - BBC Look North (Newcastle) Best Wishes to Lewis & all his family

Well done to Monarchs - good luck in competition. Realistically this was always going to be the outcome, if Bears had their injured riders in then they would have done better, but Edinburgh are a stronger team. Bears actually surpassed expectations by beat Monarchs in the League and then repeating this in the cup
