  1. So did you actually witness coty being told to fake injury or is this another of your fanciful theories? As you claim to know him so well, you are saying that he is the type of rider who is happy to be deceitful and cheat his peers? Even if it involves spending 4 hours in A&E with ankle/back/shoulder (delete as required) fictitious injuries? Still waiting for your team?
  2. So maybe, just maybe, his back was starting to hurt and this is why he sort further medical assistance! I'm shocked he didn't ask your opinion or tell you all this! Pity they closed the blinds you would probably have had a great view from your position across the pits and then would have known more! For full transparency remind us again which team you support?
  3. So your first hand witness statement is actually based on what it looked like from around 100m away and I assume from your quote "the rest were standing looking at it then saying there was maybe 4 burst airbags when they only had 2 spare" you couldn't actually hear this comment from your vantage point in the pits! When in fact everyone in the crowd was actually told it was 3 bags they had, as per the regulations, and yes it was 3 MAYBE 4 which turned out to be the 3. And your final key conspiracy theory is that whilst an individual is receiving medical attention, he is offered privacy by closing blinds and only medical staff allowed access - next time you visit the doctor let them examine you in the waiting room, then everyone can be quite sure you aren't wasting their time!! Just for full transparency, remind us which team you support?
  4. To be fair Glasgow did deserve the points, however this independent ruling and interpretation does concern me for future contentious issues. It comes back to how you read the rule, to me the result to be beyond doubt is at the end of 15 heats not 10, which is obviously what this is based on. Does this mean then that if a team is 16 points ahead after 7 heats and meeting cannot go ahead the result will be called? Anyway looks like we can move on now!
  5. I agree time to move on, just some wanting to score points and have digs, very tiresome!!
  6. Agree and well within rights not to agree a date if it is not suitable, but some are suggesting all dates will be refused out of some spiteful reasoning - but as was stated above maybe some small minded individuals mischief making!
  7. There is no relevance to the post, bottom line is that no referee is deliberately biased to any specific team, or nation! Some referees do however like to hog the limelight and be more dictatorial. I'll let you all decide who they may be. Regards Redcar v Glasgow let's move on, thankfully there appear to be no serious injuries, although Garrity missing last night is a slight concern. Wherever Glasgow visit this season you are going to get a good meeting and, with my Bears hat on, I hope we can push them a bit closer next time. So let's get it rearranged and welcome our Scottish friends back down again.
  8. Got to concur with my fellow bears fans - ref was totally wrong in heat 10, but regarding starts garrity was rolling and/or moved! Heat one - don't know couldn't see tapes at gate 4 from stand I was in.
  9. As I said comments made at the time were fuelled by frustration and disappointment and also possibly the thought that Redcar were "pulling a fast one" and used selectively by the person compiling the article. today with reflection and a bit of hindsight I'm sure everyone on both parties will see the evening's events in a clearer and more focussed mind. If your post was a fishing expedition, wrong time, wrong situation!
  10. Agree 100% with this post. Would just add that which ever Glasgow rider was helping repair the fence would clearly have been able to report back if workers had been "taking their time" I think Stewart Dickson's comments were borne out of annoyance, frustration and disappointment that 4 guaranteed points were lost, and he said things in the heat of the moment, as stated in above post I expect on reflection this morning he has a more reasoned view. I must add that I don't think the person responsible for adding the comments to Glasgow's website has helped at all with their headline, and I suspect selective use of Dickson's words, which may be good for building a story, but only act to incite the more vocal of supporters!! Finally I concur with the praise of Kevin Keay, yet again he appeared to act in correct manner and I also did not leave feeling cheesed off, which would probably have been the case in the past Best Wishes to coty.
  11. No his new average isn't effective till 3rd July
  12. See the tea lady is in charge of issuing the new averages again - Starke gets a new average (which surprisingly hasn't changed) but nothing for BWD - then reissue to correct this. Good news for Redcar - Perks stays at reserve for another 4 weeks!!
  13. Simple answer - NO And the real worry is that I'm not sure BSPA do either
  14. I'm shocked anyone signs for Peterborough when the hatchet man is always hovering nearby
  15. Do hope you came down to the MP "dump" to see your first team get thumped by your first team rivals?
  16. Just had another thought good job for scorpions he wasn't it would have brought in Perks and he wouldnt have done any worse than garcia
  17. I thought it was Palm-toft who demolished the tapes!
  18. I agree that on paper side looks ok, what you do lack is the real number 1 who can regularly go to tracks and beat the home side's top men and a number 7 who is competitive. Last night Wilko and Auty were woeful, for 2 ex bears and Douglas nowhere near to form he has shown in the past.
