Ole Olsen just told a danish newspaper that the wild card will be annonced after first leg of the Danish Championship friday night.
There are four riders to choose from: Niels Kr. Iversen, Nicolai Klindt, Patrick Hougaard and Leon Madsen
I did not mixed up any dates - just working late to day and then there was a meeting in the danish league as well - but here you are - the race card for tomorrow
Don't know how many meetings you been watching in Grindsted - I have been at several races every year for several years...
Last friday Dennis Andersson got his back injured in a crash in Grindsted and I have seen many riders having a meeting with the fence.
I for one know it is a lot of money for the clubs - but it all comes down to one thing: SAFETY !!!!!!
The four riders with most points after 2x20 will go into the Final tonight.
They will take the points with them into the final. It means Nicki Pedersen can get 14(from first meeting)+15(from tonights 20 heats)+3(for a win in the Final)= a total of 32 points. The number of total points will decide who wins the Danish Championship. It two or more riders have the same points after the final, the result of the Finale will decide the the placement of the riders.
The Final Heat in the first event were just about price-money.
BTW: I have made a Race Card - Find it here !!!
