  1. Amazed there's no Daniel Nermark after his win the other day, surely he should have been in the preliminary sqaud at least . Also theres no Zorro which is a slight surprise. I think it may be : AJ Freddie THJ Lindback or P Ljung Sundstrom doesnt look in the best of form lately, the few times Ive saw him. He was poor on Wednesday I thought and i dont think he will make it in to the 4.

  3. Congratulations go to Daniel Nermark, good final to end a very enjoyable meeting
  4. He was a pretty strong gater when he rode for us last year, his problem is he is prone to mistakes when out in front. He drove me mad at times Whats happened to Sundstrom, been riding awful of late Great stream, makes a change to find a stream that works on my mega slow computor.
  5. Hope to keep my good run going in this GP Jaroslaw Hampel Andreas Jonsson Emil Sayfutdinov Kenneth Bjerre
  6. Tomas H Jonasson Nicki Pedersen Emil Sayfutdinov Andreas Jonsson
  7. Very disapointed with the Tv meeting on Tuesday, Piraterna looked way too strong for Hammerby. Some of the Hammerby riders just didnt look interested, certaintly before the interval anyway. Not good viewing Is this the same Tomasz Gollob that was World Champion in 2010 because he was shocking for most of the meeting. Its not the first time Ive seen him struggle for Hammerby, perhaps he was testing machinary in preparation for Saturday. Cant believe Gollob will ride like that on Saturday Elit Vetlanda really do have a super side. Holder, Hancock, Janowski, Pawlicki brothers and Sundstrom. That is a mouthwatering side . Surely a home side in the Tv matches should be able win soon, its just been away wins so far!!
  8. Great to see Josh signed up by a Polish Club, he's having a great season and has the talent to get even better!! Good Luck Josh
  9. Might be no Bjarne Pedersen for this, crashed in Poland yesterday and is having Xrays today in Denmark.
  10. Well Done to both Ritchie and Tom, both are having great seasons and really pleasing seeing them doing so well in this!!!
  11. Dont mind to be honest, alot of the time I watched it delayed anyway as I work Tuesday evenings. Although this week I am off but theres already Speedway on Sky, so will watch straight after that at 10. Works out quite well. At least Swedish Speedway is back on our screens and good to see Dave is doing such a grand job on Commentary.
  12. Antonio Lindback Nicki Pedersen Jason Crump Emil Sayfutdinov
  13. Agreed, fantastic speedway meeting in what looked not the best conditions. Fair play to all the riders for putting that show for us and congratulations go to Elit Vetlanda on the win!!
  14. Well Done to Kyle Newman, great seeing him doing so well. Has a heart of lion when riding a speedway bike!!
  15. They stopped the DVD companies uploading Speedway clips to Youtube, so you may be right. Many of my favourite clips have gone . I just dont understand it, as surely Youtube is a great source for attracting new fans to speedway, everyone uses it. Shame but hopefully they will change their mind once they realise what a mistake it is.
  16. Hoping for a better score this GP after a dismal start in New Zealand!! Freddie Lindgren Jarek Hampel Andreas Jonsson Emil Sayfutdinov
  17. Which happens to be the same day as Brummies/Belle Vue, so Ulamek needs to be in two places at once!!!
  18. I reckon Harris, Woffinden and Nicholls should make it, the final place is not as clear cut. Barker was involved in the World Cup last year but I think his form in the Elite League this season has been disapointing. Only really the last meeting against Wolves did he show the form he had last season. Kennett has come back and done very well for the Bee's so perhaps he is in pole position for the final spot. Simon Stead is another that perhaps is in contention, has been overlooked quite wrongly in the past. I wouldnt have Lee Richardson, he made his decsion to quit Team GB and I dont see why we should persuade him to return. That is for Lee Richardson to decide and he needs to be 100% up for a return.
  19. Not back untill June at the earliest, looks like he's ruled out of our plans in the EL. Really gutted as I would have liked to have seen him race for us this season. Cheers Len
  20. Just been announced in the past 20 minutes that Swedish Speedway wll return to the channel in a two year deal. There will also be a change of commentator, Dave Goddard is doing it. He does commentaries from Brummies and Wolves meetings for Clean Cut Sports, so should be better than the last guy. Good news.
  21. Richard Lawson!!!! I saw him at Perry Barr twice last season, in his first meeting he scored a grand total of ZERO points from 6 rides . In the next meeting he managed 1 point from 3 rides. Has alot of work to do to even become a half decent top flight rider.
  22. Surprised people had problems with Sky Plus, as it was absolutley fine for me. The first programme ended right in the middle of the Hans Andersen interview. However I thought it was fantastic that when the next programme started it started about 3minutes BEFORE the Hans Andersen interview so you missed nothing. Also it carried on recording right to the end and didnt cut off at 7. So fair play Sky Sports. After a slow start, I thought it was a really enjoyable Grand Prix. Some of the racing in the second half was very good I thought. It exceeded my expectations as I thought we wouldnt see alot of passing on a new track. There looked to be an excellent crowd, made up of alot of Aussies, some Poles and Swedes and I suspect quite a few Kiwi's. Delighted Greg won, what a way to start in the defence of the title. Good to see Nicki in the top 3, he had a very lucky escape when Emil took him out. For me you have got to say it was down to the brilliance of Greg, that Nicki wasnt run over. Hampel I think is in for a good year, next Gp at Leszno should be good for him to. Lindback for me was outstanding but sadly couldnt do it in the semis. The same with Gollob, he could have easily won today considering how dominant he looked. Decent return for Bjarne in just missing out on the semis. Bunyan deserved his point, he gave it his best shot but was always going to struggle in that field. Fair play to him Some poor performances around, AJ was one of them, perhaps he should have done a few meetings in Britain. Poor from Bjerre too, suffered bad with bike trouble. Difficult meeting for Bomber, think once again its going to struggle for him this yaer. Chris Holder was my tip for the GP, so a bit of a shock he didnt do well. Although he has become a dad so perhaps that affected him a bit. Congratualtions Chris on that So all in all a massive success in my opinion, Bill Buckley deserves alot of credit for bringing the GP series to New Zealand. Hopefully this leads to the GP series being a regular feature in New Zealand. Also we see a return to Australia too, but not at a giant rugby stadium like the last time it was there. Well done Herbie!!
