  1. It has been announced that it will be on the red button on SS1 at 6.00pm
  2. So what's to stop there being two Grand Prix's in Britain. One in London and one in Cardiff. Although Cardiff only get half as many spectators than Wembley used to get in the seventies, the bottom line is Cardiff is far more profitable today, which is what counts.
  3. All Sporting people who do not follow speedway should watch this meeting. It was simply great. Has the ever been a world final where there has only been 11 points between the four teams. Poles were worthy winners
  4. Why o why do ther ever have a big meeting at Vojens with their rain problems.
  5. A certainty that the meeting will be called off restaging 3.0 o;clock tomorrow
  6. Will the restaging of this final be tomorrow afternoon.
  7. Looks like it's only a matter of time before it's called off. Raining far to much
  8. And why should Ipswich drop down?
  9. Do not understand. If you have the chance to use your joker it looked like the easiest of the next half a dozen races fot Aussies.and it was their best rider
  10. Please dont follow football then as most of the Premier League teams are sponsored by foreign companies or is this just a Polish thing. P.s Cardiff in not in England.
  11. Can the Cardiff GP be seen on the internet and if so where please?
  12. A great world champion and he set a record that will probably stand forever. he was world champion when there was not one speedway track in the country he represented
  13. Did you mean a record high or a record low. Gates were about the same in Copenhagen , Prague was down and Ullevi was simply terrible. Gates at Cardiff more likely to be down than up.
  14. Perhaps he is just getting to old . If a thing did not end badly it would never end at all.
  15. Has Speedway a future. The events of this week concerning Peterborough and Coventry has surely taken it to a new low. Nobody in any other sport could understand what is going on ,in fact most people who follow Speedway do not know what is happening. Crowds are down overall in Great Britain so how many will be turned off by this latest farce. Grand Prix crowds are certainly lower. Ullevi crouds have dropped from 16,000 two years ago to probably under 10,000. I would think there has been bigger crowds at some EL matches than there were at Prague on Saturday.Looked about 3,000
  16. On Television the crowd looked pretty small. Lots of empty seats on the home straight and only about 10 deep on the back straight. Was it as bad as it looked. They only had about 3,500 there last year
  17. Did anybody notice the crowd at last night's GP. It looked absolutely terrible. They had 17000 two years ago and 14000 last year . Last nights attendance looked about half that
