  1. Eastie would have got 70 in the first match bar for about 4 falls, just so one sided it's untrue
  2. Not tonight for the Devils, 2 reserves aren't worth a light away from home sadly . What a complete gubbing
  3. We are blessed to be able to watch a proper elite league full of gp riders in most of the races. Well done the indians
  4. tbh eastie really ought to have won, bar ellis chucking 3 points away for brum there were countless errors and lost points for eastie last night. ht8 was the worst, a cert 5-1 ruined when spiller picked up grip when miles clear, a 5-1 in ht 11 when bwd was trying to team ride andrews round and perry bombed round both, andrews fell a lap later to turn it into a 2-4, brad getting a 2m exclusion for exceeeding the time etc etc. horrible way to potentially lose the league.
  5. Ht8 killed eastie, half a lap clear on a 5-1 and spiller picked up and crashed, they were home and dry if staying upright. Well done brum
  6. Lynn have carried bjerre all season , any other side with ambitions of winning the league would have slung him 3 months ago, that's where the major problem lies, well done to Lester , tbh I want belle vue in the play offs as I think they've got a squeak of running someone close
  7. Eastbourne are going to have to provide say 6 race winners to win at brum, unless spiller gets say 16 from 7 to back up 2 or 3 wins from Wilson dean I can't see where they are going to come from. It should be close but in the important races at the end of the meeting brum should be fav The FC doesn't look too clever either from mid afternoon
  8. typical drury im afraid, track was smooth , slickish but plenty enough material on the outside for ellis to hammer round brad on lap 1 bend 3 of ht 13. Easy win really with a cert 5-1 in 14 chucked away by the captain, brum were stronger in the heat leaders but abs zero after. im just not convinced eastie can win enough races at brum to get the job done however im looking forward to seeing spiller ride there, at rye and eastie hes looked anything but comfortable so far yet still scored well. thought kelsey dugard showed a very composed attitude in ht 14, safe and steady got the money.
  9. Very dangerous to have 2 riders returning in the most important match of the season, if they are both fit Eastbourne will win comfy , if not it could go ** up for them
  10. spiller gives you impression he could winalot in this league, top dog even......
  11. I haven't been to rye for 7 yrs, the track was miles better than it used to be even tho it was catching the youngsters out a bit , more shale and well watered. The thing that worried me for rye was the place looked very run down, used to be seating area either end, that's all gone bar a little temp stand on bend 1-2. I enjoyed meeting , spiller looked to hate the track and still get a Gd score. Heat 13 was great but bwd payed for trying to protect his slower partner as Branford steamed by . Vgd match at this level
  12. Looks as good a match as you could see at this level, the new signing for eastie should get s hatful everywhere
  13. Don't think I've ever seen a home team so badly outgated tbh , embra were merciless
  14. We are spoilt to get to see league racing like this, a world apart from British league
  15. A masterclass from the emperor zagar , different gravy to the Dorset Mafia
  16. Like them or loathe them coventrys 2 reserves are Liberty takers at the starts
  17. Reports that wood may have ligament damage, terrible for man and club, georgies irreplaceable for the Eagles , hope it's not as bad as first thought
  18. wolves are the new eastbourne, stale and predictable. pk seems to be ok for half a season then tails off but tbf hes a 3rd heat leader at best these days, freddies been complete toast all season. next year build round thorsell and the new pole and go from there, new broom needed
  19. Please don't let this be a heat ten finish and a fetid wet track. It's a corking fixture on paper, if conditions aren't race able don't run the meeting. This is a plea to sky
  20. the problem stems from hiring a rider to do half a season really, kildemand didnt want to commit, miedzinski said he would commit to half a season, problem starts there. say what you like about rosco but hes done what he thinks can get his team in the play offs, feel sorry for howarth obviously but you dont get many leigh adams, jan andersson type riders nowadays who stay at clubs for donkeys years. its a short term mind set from management , riders and indeed supporters alike sadly.
  21. Is there a highlights match on Eurosport this week please ?
